According to the T&C, reverse port-in is not eligible. For such cases that does not qualify, subscribing to 1 year validity extension is the alternative.

Hello there !

To be a UGU referral, you must already have an existing onexox number and perform the UGU registration with any ONEXOX dealer.

In your case, you will have to complete the mnp to ONEXOX first and become her referral when she starts her mnp the next day.

After mnp process is successful, you can purchase any available season pass and share it immediately to any ONEXOX number.

A2. Ok, 500mb data plan for 1st month
A3. You now have at least 5.5GB data balance from your SP+30

Yes, you can activate a new data plan if your existing quota finishes midway. You can simply subscribe to any of the monthly data plan (to override the old one) and starts with a new 30 days cycle.

No, the remaining 300MB data will be forfeited.

Season Pass Plus quota works exactly the same way as any other season pass subscription. The only difference is that the subscription will be renewed every 30 days plus freebies. Just ignore the tagline "carry forward" as it actually refers season pass balances.

Kindly refer to SP Plus FAQ at http://xox.com.my/support/faq/?faq=season-pass-plus

SP Plus renewal is at the end of the 30 day subscription cycle and happens with sufficient credit balance. If renewal fails due to any reason (ie. insufficient balance / account inactive) then subscription renewal is automatically canceled. There is no multiple renewal attempt.

User must re-subscribe to SP Plus again after all normal conditions (ie. sufficient credits, account active etc) for subscription are met..

Please take note that member-get-member (MGM) program is under XOX but it is no longer offered by XOX.

User-get-user (UGU) is offered only by ONEXOX and can only be done through ONEXOX dealers. UGU cannot be done at the online store. Please follow the suggestion below to perform your MNP and UGU :

1. Find a dealer near you
2. Perform MNP for your own number
3. After you have port-in to ONEXOX, bring your mum to meet the dealer for MNP and ask for UGU

Please take note that new SKMM guidelines for prepaid registration states that applicants must now meet in person with original IC/passport/ID to register for a new prepaid simcard. Dealers can no longer sell to outstation buyers without verification in person. Only official telco online site can sell new prepaids and courier delivered to outstation customers.

1. After registering UGU to a number, it cannot be changed or transferred.

2. UGU rewards is entitled for as long as you remain as ONEXOX subscriber.

3. The incentive will given in the middle of next month whenever your referred users (ie. your mother) makes a topup.

One possible solution: You and your mother can try to arrange with the dealer to mnp your number first and then only mnp your mother's number with UGU after your own mnp completes.

My apologies to all affected users, as I myself is in the dark as to what exactly happened to XOX systems.

As far as I can tell, is that service interruptions (account logins) first occurred around 10++ am and while the technical team(s) was in the midst of rectifying that fault(s), more services (calls/sms/ussd) went down in the afternoon roughly 3++pm.

All essential services (calls/sms/ussd) have been mostly restored since roughly 7.45pm ... there may still be some areas that may still be affected. Please be aware that sms services and responses may get delayed in some areas.

Sorry again to those who were looking for me today as I was away most of the day for other pressing matters.

Birthday reward is not available for ONEXOX. That is a legacy feature for older and phased out XOX prepaid plus.

The referrer (main user) must already be a ONEXOX subscriber. Your first onexox number or your friend's onexox number can be the referral number. Please note that UGU can only be registered with an authorized dealer and cannot be changed/transferred after registration is done.

Season Pass is only bulk quota storage and is kept in your account as long as your number is valid.

To use the internet, you need to subscribe to any internet plan and the system will deduct the required data amount from your season pass balance.

Please bear in mind:

1. Unused data quota will be forfeited

2. Auto-renewal happens only at the end of 30 days. It does not auto-renew if you finishes your quota earlier.

3. You can re-subscribe to a new plan immediately if your existing quota finishes early. This will override the old one and replace with a new subscription period (ie. another 30 days).
