Describe your problem to them whether you have roaming working previously or not at all. If it was working good previously then let them know since when it stopped working. Let them figure out what broke and what need fixing.

Hello there !

The whole eligible period is 60 months total. First year, topup rm30 every month to get 1GB per month. Next four years, topup rm30 every month to get 500MB per month. Total season pass data with rm30 topup per month for 60 months : (1GB x 12 months) + (500MB x 48 months) = 36GB.

Of course, it is not necessary for you to topup every month. Only topup when necessary.

EW = eWallet : a feature that is currently unused. Was told it is a work-in-progress for a future project.
Lyt = loyalty points. RM1 topup gets 1 point. Can be used to redeem items offered at xox onlinestore.

Hello there !

If you have reached to the end of 28 months validity, the account will become inactive and given 60 days grace period to reload. After 60 days grace period, the number will be terminated.

Minimum topup to become active again is rm5 for 5 days validity. You can also subscribe to 1 year extended validty for RM25.

Please refer here for the available data plans: http://home.xox.com.my/plans/fat-mobile-internet/

Only the monthly and weekly plans can be activated using season pass and only the monthly plans have auto-renewal, so be sure to turn-of auto-remewal if not needed (sms DATA AR OFF to 22111 or use *150#)

Yes, you need to reload RM30 (or the required amount) if you have insufficient credit balance before purchasing any season pass.

Reloads can be done at 7-11, petrol stations, epay terminals, topup dealers or directly from your onexox dealer.

Hello there,

1. You will need at least 12sen in MA or 9sen in DA to make calls (off-net assumed) in Malaysia.

2. Roaming charges depends on the roaming country. AFAIK it is usually RM2.00 for sms and RM2.50/3.00 for calls
For international roaming, you should have at least RM15 credit balance. To get actual current roaming rates and minimum credits required, please call customer service.

3. For internet data plans, the 1GB daily plan at RM3 is available. Should you need a monthly data plan, please look at season pass and see how it can fullfil your needs.

You can do a websearch for onexox sg petani or look in garage sale for a dealer based in sg petani.

Only the first mnp will be given 28 months validity. Any topups made will extend it 1day for every rm1 ... should you need to extend it further then you can subscribe to 1 year extended validity @rm25.

Just to add a bit and help clarify:
1. as per maxubex's reply

3. You will now only get 5GB season pass. If you first get SP FAT5 and finishes the free 5GB data plan quota by day 9 and then subscribe to SP FAT10 on day 10, you will get another free 10GB data plan free.
4. Purchasing any of the special SP FAT/VOICE wil trigger automatic 28 months validity extension. It will override existing validity and 28 months validity extension is from the day of 1st special SP FAT subscription. If your reloads were done before special SP FAT subscription then this explains why.

If you port-in with a dealer then he/she would have advised you on how to maximize/optimize any benefit(s) from your reload(s), special SP FAT subscription(s), options, features and so on.

SP C1 is a normal daily Season Pass combo which is available for purchase anytime by any subscriber. The special SP FAT10 is only available within the first 10 days of a new activation/subscriber.

Add-on is an option to add data quota to an existing data subscription. Example: You have 200MB quota left and wanted to download a 400MB driver update, so you may want to use data add-on option to avoid download disruption.

From my observation, most users rarely use this option but its there just in case. Usually we advise users to just finish off their quota and re-subscribe to a new data plan with a full 30 days period.

Please take note that for new simpacks, the RM10 topup must be done within 24hours of activation/registration and the 28 months validity extension will be updated within the next 14 days (maximum).

The 28 months validity is only given once. You can subscribe to 1 year extension at RM25 as many time as you require to extend your validity further.

ONEXOX blocks all premium sms content and only allows very limited whitelisted 5 digit numbers to send through (ex: Banks TAC). This prevents the so-called "scam sms" that silently draining customers credit from happening.

Even then, there were cases of premium sms charges that manages to get through due to attempts of unknown party. However, ONEXOX promptly refunded all known/reported cases and will continue to block all premium sms content from getting in.

Unfortunately, all outgoing sms to premium sms numbers are also blocked. Please call customer service at 12273 for futher clarification if you are affected by this.
