Yes, you can. It's a two step process. First, mnp into onexox prepaid. After mnp completed, you must call customer service @12273 to request a change to ONEMUSIC plan. The change of plan will usually takes 3 days to activate..

Hello everyone!

For those who are still not aware, SKMM/MCMC have issued a new mnp regulation beginning 7th FEBRUARY 2018, any prepaid mnp applicants MUST have remained active with the original donor telco for at least 30 days before allowed to port-out.

This new directive will also affect successful mnp port-ins whereby you must now stay for at least 30 days before you can port-out again. Onexox now fully adheres to the new SKMM mnp requirement.

Hello there !

The new number is still entitled to subscribe to the special SPFAT within 10 days of registration. However, you will not get the free one month 5GB/10GB data plan due to a currently active data plan.

To be entitled to the free one month data plan when subscribing to the special SPFAT10+10, you can share from the old number to the new number and then subscribe to SPFAT10+10 to get the free one month data plan (or vice-versa).

Sorry, but that is not how it works. SPFAT10+10 entitlement is only applicable when subscribing to the special SPFAT10. Sharing of season pass is not the applicable (hint: SPFAT10+10 must be purchased using available credits).

We (the dealers) have only been notified recently that the Season Pass Plus Plan will end on 30th April 2018.

Anyone who still wishes to subscribe to any of the Season Pass Plus plan are advised to subscribe by tomorrow.

Any current active SP Plus subscriber will still be renewed for as long as they have sufficient credits and in active validity status.

For your information, onexox have white listed several premium 5 digit sms numbers after receiving many subscriber's requests. Since then, however, there have been an increased complaints of missing credits.

Due to this issue, all 5 digit numbers involved with cases of missing credits have been suspended. If you are experiencing missing credits due to premium sms, please lodge a report with customer service for investigation and to get a refund if eligible.

A1. Successful mnp gets you 28 months validity. After making a rm50 topup, you'll have 29 months + 20 days validity total. Any future topups will extend the validity further.

A2. Birthday bonus is not available for onexox. It is originally for old xox prepaid plus plan (obsolete).

A3. Special SP FAT10 means that you will get 10GB Season Pass quota which you can carry forward. The other free 10GB is a 30days data plan which you must finish within 30days. The data plan will auto-renew, so you are advised to turn it off after subscribing to the special SP FAT10

A4. You will be given 150 sms x 12 months = 1800 sms total (with no expiry) valid for any onexox/.xox numbers.

I would like to clarify this matter to avoid further confusion.

SKMM has mandated new regulation since 1st january 2018 that all telco must use automated registration platform.

All authorized ONEXOX dealers have been using the OCR based automated registration platform (compulsory) since 1st january 2018. For this to happen, prospective customers must be present with their IC verified to perform on-the-spot registration(s).

NO IC photo copy is allowed at any time. During the registration process, IC photo is NOT captured. Only the IC details is (OCR) captured for registration.

Black registration(s) is temporarily using online key-ins while waiting for the automated platform to roll-out which is supposed to be anytime soon. Prepaid registrations is compulsory to be done on the automated platform.

Registration without customer verification in person is against regulations and is prohibited by SKMM and ONEXOX HQ. Most dealers are aware and are following this rule. Unfortunately, there are few black sheep dealers who abuse the system to make a quick buck. I believe that DMT is aware of such bad practices and is monitoring them. Any dealers caught breaking this rule will suffer the consequences without any remedy.

Also, please be aware that ALL registrations must be made with IC verified in person. Any registration(s) made without IC verified in person is against SKMM regulations and any dealer caught breaking this rule will immediately be suspended for termination pending internal inquiry.

The dealer that handled your registration(s) should be able to answer all of your queries. At any rate :

1. Only season pass data requires withdrawal for activation and usage.

2. Season pass minutes and sms is automatically deducted whenever you make a call or sms.

3. Call and sms charges priority will be Season Pass -> FnF rates -> DA -> MA

4. DA = dedicated account (lower rates for calls/sms only) , MA = main account for all other usage (including standard rates for calls/sms)

5. The #1758 plan is an old one that doesn't have DA/MA rates and a few extra features such as credit transfers. You can call 12273 if you would like to switch to latest onexox plan.

Effective 1st September 2018, the option for new starter packs to gain 28 months validity with RM10 topup within 24 hours will be discontinued. All other options for new starter packs to gain 28 months validity is still valid. A couple of new options to gain 28 months validity for new starter packs will also be introduced by 1st September.

If you're a onexox prepaid subscriber then season pass data requires a plan activation for use. Season pass minutes and sms does not require activation as it will be deducted automatically whenever you make a call or sms.

If you're a onexox black subscriber then season pass data does not require activation and can be used immediately.

All currently available season pass offering is a one off purchase. Recurring season pass plus have been discontinued.

Both season pass minutes and sms can be used for all local networks.
