From your explanation above, what I understand is that the minutes & sms in MA will be used up first when I make calls/send sms. When MA is zero, then minutes & sms will be deducted from DA. When DA is finished, normal call rates of 24sen/minute & 10sen/sms will apply. Is this correct?

If I were to purchase a new One Xox sim card, will I be entitled to 28 months upon activation? Do I need to reload additional of RM 10 upon activation to get the 28 months? I read through some of the older post and it mentioned that it requires RM 10 reload.

Planning to purchase a brand new sim card with 28 months and 333 minutes from shopee for RM 27. Any input recommend. Thanks!

A) Birthday Bonus.
I have 2 cards, one registered in Feb 2019 & another on April 2019.
My birthday is on May, [as for TnC - I must be active for 6 months period before I can get my Birthday Bonus.]
Means, I could only get it by May 2020 then.

-Let say, my birthday is on 1st May....when will the birthday bonus offers come to me?
-in what form? SMS? or in the APP?
-i ask because i never had one before, and need to know what to expect. yet im oversea most of the time so only on the line wen needed it.
-if SMS, then on my line when the times come. If it is app, then easy.

B) Happy Hour's Data.
-e.g. If there is Happy Hour Data Offer - 10GB+1GB, and I bought it.
-i know the 10GB goes into my SP, and the "+1GB" I must use up within 30 days(?)
-let say I do not need to use the 1GB first, Can I transfer it to my other sim (goes into its SP)?
-I just want to save up this +1GB given, as I really do not need it yet.
-basically saving the +1GB (which is no use to me yet if the timing is Not Right). so to to find solution for the additional given data rather than wasted/burned.

have been trying to subscribe internet of 500mb/30days by entering *150# > 3 > 2 > 2 > 1 since yesterday but in vain. received the sms "Smart Move@ Your FAT500 mobile data is now activated from SeasonPass ..." but the data in season pass was not deducted, neither the existing data was increased .. anyone?

If I "stop plan now", is it tge existing data will forfeit? Actually after press *150# > 3 (Internet), I did not see the "stop plan now". Does it refer to the Manage > Unsubscribe > Immediate on the right of my current data in the XOX Black app.if click "immediate", will my current activated data be forfeited?

hi guys, i am new to onexox. i just got the simcard and activated it. i also perform a reload of RM50. But i did not get the 28 month validity, why a? and the welcome deal of SP 10+10 at rm50, if i purchase this, is that means total of 20gb goes to the season pass quota?

Thank you. This is a great help. May I know what's the difference between $ in e-wallet and in the DA/MA account? The telcos that I know of when top-up goes into ewallet. This is the first time I see a telco where top-up goes into DA/MA account instead of ewallet.
