The old data plans, all daily/weekly/monthly data subscriptions can be deducted from season pass. The new ones have made it 1GB@rm3 daily, cheaper than season pass rm5 per 1GB, so it made sense to deduct from credit.

From the time they introduce season pass last year, I quickly understood that the most cost effective way to optimize onexox usage is by having voice minutes season pass at 9sen/minute and keeping season pass for 500mb/30days data plan. I figured that I could live with rm5 for 500mb/30days high-speed internet access and having season pass will keep the data flowing for many months to come.

what if 6 months later they do another round of super duper cheap season pass and then revised a new data plans again ?

Porting out can be done no problem. But I was told your onexox ceo wants to hit 2 milion subs this year .... but if this is how onexox treats existing customers then do you think potential customers wouldn't reconsider ?

Onexox have revised to a new data plan last Tuesday 23rd May ... No more 500mb/30days plan ... Smallest is 1GB/30days plan ... Many onexox users are airing their complaints at onexox fb and asking for return of 500mb/30days plan ... you may want to do the same .....

Low ARPU for 500mb ? That is a silly argument because previous data plan valued 500MB at RM18 monthly and new data plans valued 1GB at RM15 monthly. Previous season pass valued 500MB at RM5 and new ones valued 1GB at RM5. No matter how you put it you cannot win this argument. Simply because onexox cannot sell "PREPAID THAT SAVES" and yet want customers to spend more.

Xox mobile no longer have a selling product other than season pass. Its the only way xox mobile makes money by hitching a ride on onexox customers. You think people don't understand that ?

The past 2 weeks xox mobile was trying to sell combo season pass but the dealers told me people already have too much season pass. So how does onexox make people finish their season pass sooner ? Yes, by shooting your own foot.

I call a spade a spade. When onexox is good I tell people it is, when they not so good I tell people as it is ....

Occasionally happens when I'm in between two "bubbles" ... celcom has fast dormancy and also affects their mvno ... anyway, overall quality is still good in my area (though it actually depends on celcom BTS working properly).

Sometimes there's delay in receiving sms ... the worst was when they were having the 5GB@RM50 last march ...

DA = Dedicated account
MA = Main account

DA is for lower calls/sms rates and is used first. When DA finished then MA is used for standard calls/sms rate.
When buy internet plan or season pass, it deduct from MA balance and if not enough then also deduct from DA.

To save on calls, buy voice minute season pass and get 9sen/minute to all local calls excluding premium numbers.
To save on data, buy data season pass and you can get 1GB@RM5

When you topup (online/direct/voucher) :

RM50 (and above) = everything go into DA
RM30 = rm20 in DA + rm10 in MA
RM10 = rm4 in DA + rm6 in MA
RM5 = rm2 in DA + RM3 in MA

Your number remains active all the way to the last day even if DA and MA is zero balance.

AFAIK, all local telco only allow local call forwarding. No telco allows call forward to non local numbers.

Is this sim bought from xox onlinestore?
If yes bought from onlinestore then if this is mnp then must do verification on xox onlinestore.
else if yes bought from onlinestore then if this is new number then its unregistered and should check with xox onlinestore why this happens ...

Yes, they add the free 500mb into Season Pass. You activate using easy menu *150# or do it in MyXOX app ... with xmc they will add another 500mb a bit later ...

Thats how season pass works, you can keep it until you want to use it by activating in the internet menu.

As I have replied, no problem to transfer (even to another xox with zero season pass) ... I do it many many times already.

Let's say you have two numbers. One have 10GB data season pass and the other have zero. You can transfer (for example 5GB) to the second number as season pass quota. You cannot activate your 10GB season pass directly as the other number internet plan (for example 1GB/30days plan). You must transfer it first. Does that answer your question ?
