Do you still remember me "complaining" about what happens after extended validity expires ? I'm glad to know that onexox did listened and addressed that issue.

I will call a spade, a spade not a bulldozer. I don't know about the big plans made in onexox hq but there's visible weaknesses that onexox can and should fix now. Can onexox accept positive criticism to make onexox better ?

For example, when will onexox ever put up all the required and relevant terms-and-conditions on their website for public reference? Does onexox have competent web master/designer ?

So, now that someone asked specifically about mnp-in then mnp-out then mnp-in again, can onexox properly do the terms and conditions so that we can all be clear about it ?

I've just read through onexox.my super season pass tnc.

Point no 5 states

Super Season Pass is available for purchase within 3 days of new or MNP activated subscriptions.

I was told it can be subscribed within 10 days but the website tnc says 3 days ....

So, which is correct ?

Yes, port in another number for 28 months holiday and push all existing season pass over there to enjoy ....

btw, I heard rumour that they're planning for super season pass minutes soon (just dunno when) ..... maybe then I will mnp to onexox too ....

Normally it completes in less than 24 hours. I ported my parent's maxis to onexox in less than 24 hours. I've recently ported one of my xpax to onexox also done in less than 24 hours.

AFAIK, if more than 48 hours, the mnp is stuck somewhere and you need to check with the dealer you registered for assistance.

It will be updated between immediately and up-to 36 hours. A friend of mine got it after 8 hours. My elder's one was immediately after topup .....

1. For new registration (starter pack or mnp), after making an activation call, you only need to topup RM30 and then purchase Super Season Pass 3GB (within 10 days of activation). After the purchase, your validity will immediately be updated to 28 months validity.
a) RM10 (SIMpack) + RM30 (topup) = RM40 total.
b) When you topup another RM30 then your validity becomes 29 months and the same for season pass. Basically, season pass is valid until your number is terminated/expired.
c) They give free 150 sms x 12 moths = 1800 total, it is given on 1st of every month. Unused sms remains valid until your account terminated/expired.

2. You topup again only if you need to buy a new season pass during happy hour. If you don't want to then no need.

3. Everyday now have different happy hour offers. If you think it is worthwhile then you can topup then buy it using sms command. Buying online need to pay extra gst.
a) You use season pass in smaller blocks. For example, you can immediately take out 500MB for 30 days use. You still have 2.5GB remaining for future use.
b) OneXOX does not have pay-per-use. After your quota finished, the internet is blocked. Just take out a bit more from season pass if you want more.

4. Last year XOX bought 60% stake of oneXOX. So, XOX is now parent company of oneXOX. All mobile prepaid services is now under oneXOX.

5. You can purchase any amount of season pass and all will remain valid until you use it or your number is terminated/expired. If you keep topup until year 2022 then all your season pass will also remain valid until 2022.

The 28 months is only initial validity. If you keep doing topup RM30 every month to buy season pass then your validity also extend by another month.


I strongly recommend that you find a dealer near you who can provide after-sales service. If you have problems or questions, the onexox dealer can assist or explain to you better.

1. If you purchase it at onlinestore.xox, the RM40 starter pack comes with RM5 credit inside + 3GB Season Pass ready to use. Just put into a phone and start using. The numbers selection is quite limited.

a) If you purchase it from a dealer, RM40 gets you a starter pack activated with RM35 credit. You can ask the dealer to do the SSP3GB for you or you can do it within 10 days.

b) Right now, onexox also gives free 500MB season pass for the 1st RM30 total reload every month for 5 years. (Limited time registration promo).

3. Normally (on most mobile prepaids), you buy internet plan by deducting credit, ex: smallest 30days onexox plan is RM18 for 500MB quota for 30days period usage. When you use this option, you will topup RM30 and then deduct RM18 for 500MB 30 days plan.

With season pass, you topup RM30 and buy SP SUPER 3GB and store this in your data wallet. When you want to use 500MB quota for 30days usage. Instead of deducting RM18 credit, you can now just deduct 500MB from your data wallet. No credit is deducted. This is how you take out a small block out from your season pass wallet for use.

How to do this ? The ussd menu *150# -> option 3. Internet -> option 3.Subscribe from Season Pass -> x. quota selection

Season pass lets you buy data quota in bulk at a lower price (RM30 for 3GB, translates to RM10 for 1GB, translates to RM5 for 500MB). When you buy more season pass, the total is stored in your data wallet. ex: SSP 3GB + next month SP 3GB = 6GB inside SP data wallet.

6) To terminate your onexox account, you need to wait for 28 months validity expiry or the fastest way is to port-out to a telco with short validity and grace period.

a) Another way is to port-out to tunetalk and do not activate it. It will expire in 14 days.
b) OneXOX numbers can port-out immediately if you're not satisfied.

8) You should be looking for onexox dealer near you. Google onexox dealer (your area) or get in touch with main dealers on www.onexox.my and get them refer you to an active dealer near you. There are more than 50K dealers but very little with shops bcoz onexox does not give big huge commissions to regular dealer channel.

a) If you don't want any direct human interaction then xox.onlinestore is suitable
b) If you prefer human interaction so that they can assist you better then find a dealer near you.

Onexox dealers also have a list of numbers for you to choose. You can also pm adiwarna or other onexox dealers on LYN for a list of numbers to choose.

2. If it is DiGi Best prepaid then sell off credits as talktime transfers .... If it is not DiGi Best but an older version of Easy/Smart then convert to Best 2016 and then sell off credits as talktime transfers

If you really want to clear off the DiGi credits then you should start selling off your credits beginning now and also start using up some credits . As per DiGi TnC, you can only transfer RM100 credits max per month. At RM700 that will take 7 months at least.

The recommended way to mnp to onexox is through a dealer near you. You can also do it online on xox website but you'll have to do all the moving around should there be any problems.

Just google onexox dealer for your area. Meet with the dealer, ask all that you want and once decided, you can do mnp on the spot. If there's any mnp issue, the dealer will notify you.

You must ask uncle Google the right question.

Ask uncle Google "onexox dealer pantai dalam" or "onexox dealer universiti malaya" ... xox dealer is very limited. onexox dealer have over 40K all over .....

As adiwarna mentioned, it is better to get a dealer to do the mnp for you. Online xox mnp is not the same time frame as dealer registration. Once you register online mnp at xox, you have to wait for the sim to arrive and then get the TAC to begin mnp process.

For internet, season pass is still the best way for onexox. Do some read up on how to use it.

Call usage deductions priority will be :

1. Season Pass minutes
2. FnF (if applicable) rates
3. DA rates
4. MA rates

Season pass minutes becomes active immediately after subscription and will be used up first until depleted or account terminated.

1.FnF is 6 sen per 30 seconds block, so its 12 sen per minute calls.

2. DA on-net costs 7 sen for 1st 30seconds block and 8 sen for next 30 seconds block = 15sen per minute calls.

3. DA off-net costs 9 sen for every 30 secsonds block, so its 18sen per minute calls.

4. MA is at 12 sen per 30 seconds block to all-network = 24 sen per minute calls

5. Season pass is between 9sen to 10 sen per minute depending on which Season Pass offering one subscribes.

Yes, You are spot-on there ....

1. Season Pass balance is valid until account is terminated.

2. DA = Dedicated Account for lower call/sms rates

3. MA = Master Account for other subscriptions (Data plans/Season Pass/Validity/etc). Also as normal call/sms rates if DA is empty..

Please confirm that you called customer service at 12273 and they said UGU is only for old xox plan and not for onexox.

I find it really odd bcoz I was at a mamak enjoying a nice teh tarik yesterday and overheard one guy (with his fren) doing UGU with a onexox dealer on the next table.
