The xox MA rate is definitely not the cheapest (12sen/30secs = 24sen/min) ... The DA rate is also not the cheapest ... (9sen/30secs = 18sen/min) .... but the 333 Voice minutes @ RM30 is very competitive (9sen/min) ...

I suggest that you 1st check your calling pattern ... make short under 10 secs calls more? or less 30 secs calls more? or make minutes calls more?

I myself always fail to make under 10 sec calls nowadays ... so I buy voice minutes to call wife + gf + mistress ... hahaha

I do not recommend to buy season pass at onlinestore bcoz there have extra 6% gst ... just do selfcare topup for required amount and buy season pass using *150# or sms to 22111 (using code at onlinestore)

FYI, you can only buy (any or all of) the special SP FAT10/FAT5/FATVOICE within 10 days of new registration ... sorry bro if you already lapsed the 10 days .... if still within the 10 days then can test sending sms SP FAT10 to 22111 ... if eligible but not enough credit then the reply sms will inform you ...

The Season Pass Plus banner advertisement can be misleading. People is getting confused with the carry forward thing and making people think that its a data plan that can be carried forward. Why cant Xox just make it easy and simple to understand ?

Just say that it is a normal Season Pass with freebies lah ... I went to chat with a dealer and he showed his sp+ purchase .... its just like any other season pass ... activate data to use and bla bla bla ... just plus the auto renewal ....

That is the special welcome Season Pass for new registrations lar ... You get SP 5GB with a one time free 5GB monthly plan.

The SP Plus is auto renew every 30 days. Of course got difference. Go read up to know more lar ...

Easy to understand wan .... you buy rice and keep in rice box ... still kenot eat ... when wan to eat then take some rice out and cook to eat ... if kenot finish next day and becomes bad then must throw away lar ...

SP = season pass = bulk rice keep in rice box = can keep long time
data plan = some rice cooked to eat = eat before go bad

Prepaid reloads are 6% GST chargeable by law ..... Only citizens get the 6% rebate. Will we still get the rebate for 2018 ? ..... The answer is very likely a big YES ...

SKMM is still waiting for telcos to implement that all topups to require user IC/ID/code (or something similar) during reloads. This is to ensure only citizens get the 6% rebate and at the same time weed out all those users with unauthorized registrations (ie. using someone else's registered details / ghost sims)

No lar ... it only costs RM2.50 a month with season pass .....

After you buy season pass, you need to take some out to use ... the smallest size allowed is 500MB/30days plan.

..... and I'm guessing that you activated your new onexox sim with SPFAT10+10 which is 10GB season pass and get free 10GB monthly data plan which you're using now. You also bought SP PLUS 50 and added another 12GB to your season pass for a grand total of 22GB.

You are advised to turn off data renewal (sms DATA AT OFF to 22111) to avoid auto renewal of 10GB next month ... Next month after your data plan expires, use USSD menu *150# to subscribe to any of the monthly data plan that you want and the system will deduct from your season pass automatically.

To quickly see your current balance, dial *150*1#

Please take note everyone that GameLand is XOX's own premium content and uses a 5 digit assigned for internal system use ... note the number 20000.

AFAIK, 5 digit premium contents by 3rd party are blocked by ONEXOX but XOX's own premium content will get through.

Nothing to worry because ONEXOX will refund if it happens (true so far in all the cases that I've seen/read/heard). Just make a report to 12273 and it'll be settled quickly.

Ok, you should cancel auto renewal now. Only the renewal is canceled but the data plan still valid and can use until expire next month.

Currently, you have 22GB data quota stored in your Season Pass counter. Like rice you bought from the market, you cannot eat it yet. To eat rice, you must cook it first, so take a cup or two and cook in a rice cooker. After rice is cooked then only can eat. If not finished next day then it goes bad and gets thrown away.

So, lets say next month you need to use internet. Maybe you need 1-2GB next month, so go into easy menu *150# ... navigate to Season Pass ... and subscribe to 1GB monthly plan ... what happens then is that the system will deduct 1GB from your season pass counter and activate it as your 1GB monthly plan. No credit is deducted.

If that 1GB data finishes midway then just subscribe to another 1GB monthly data plan. Another 1GB deducted from season pass ... and so on and so on ...

Ok ?

Please differentiate between XOX and ONEXOX ... ONEXOX offers mobile plan and does not have premium content ... XOX is the parent company controlling season pass and premium content ( <--- how XOX makes some money)

One of the dealers told me a case almost two years back where ONEXOX refunded ALL premium contents charges that someone at XOX allows to "escape" and kena to a group of ONEXOX customers (dont know if this is a true story or not)..... but the main point I like to highlight is that if anyone have any issues with premium content charges, just call 12273, lodge a report and they'll rectify it.

XOX Berhad came first and had (yes, past tense) its own prepaid + postpaid plans. Then ONEXOX SdnBhd came into being in 2014 as a separate entity focusing on the prepaid segment (ala cum mlm stylo) ... ONEXOX user base has since surpassed XOX's own user base by a factor of 4 ... so, XOX sees a golden hen and so bought 60% of ONEXOX ... ok ?

If you get a sim from XOX / ONEXOX in the last 12 months then its ONEXOX prepaid. There are slight branding variations like ONEMUSIC, JDT, TKR, RinggitPlus etc .... but they are all essentially ONEXOX prepaid.

1. Yes, even with zero credit balance your account is still active and you can subscribe to monthly data plans as long as you have sufficient season pass GB data balance.

2. Nothing to fret about ... you can replenish season pass balance by buying more season pass ... you have 3 types to choose:
a) Daily Season Pass
b) Season Pass Plus
c) Happy Hour Season Pass

3) Please note the difference: Data Plan vs Season Pass ..... Season Pass is where you buy and store GB quota (ie. buy rice and keep in rice box). Data Plan is how you use the stored GB data like subscribe to 1GB monthly plan (ie. take rice out from rice box to cook and eat)

4) Data in season pass remains valid in your account. When you're near to 28 months you can always buy 1 year extension @RM25 and your season pass balance will follow the new validity. Ehhh .... you know or not that your validity will also extend whenever you make a topup ? You topup RM30 and your validity is added by another 30 days .....

5) The forfeit part is if you cannot finish your 5GB data plan then the data balance will be forfeited. It doesn't affect your season pass (ie. cook one cup of rice. still have 5kg rice balance in rice box. if you dont finish eating your cooked rice then it goes bad and "forfeit" ... rice in rice box still can keep and "carry forward") ....

6) One thing different is the minute and sms season pass. These will automatically be deducted when you make a call or send sms.

Your understanding is correct but incomplete ... I have just explained the same thing to hitch80 in the last couple of pages back ... please take a peek at the last 2-3 pages and you'll find a brief explanation how season pass works and you'll get a better idea and understanding on how to apply it to your needs ...

Did you know that :
1. SP FAT5+5 ends on 31st January ?
2. SP FAT5+5 will only last you at the most 11 months of internet access?
3. you still need to activate monthly data using your Season Pass quota?
4. if you're not given the proper advice then the SP FAT5+5 will be gone on the first day of the 2nd month ?
5. SP Plus is a better option?

There's a lot to digest bro ... best to meet a onexox dealer and have a chit-chat asking all you want to know before buying a sim ...

If I recalled correctly, your XOX prepaid is the older "original" XOX prepaid which have 50% birthday bonus but not the credit share feature ..... Why not just topup enough during birthday bonus to get enough free credit to buy 1 year validity ?

I believe that it would be less of a headache this way ..... As I see it, mnp-out already costs effort, time and money ... then mnp-back-in also costs more effort, more time and more money ... why the penny wise pound foolish mode ?

If XOX really sucks then just move on to TRON and just topup rm10 every now-and-then to get 1 year validity.
