That could mean you just ported from another Telco to Digi only recently. Min is after 1 month only can port out of Digi. Or you could have subscribed previously to some sort of plan at Digi with stil one month plus contract remaining.

SPfat10 - First 10 gb data in season pass is for you to c/f for 28mths. The other 10gb is given to you foc ,one time only for new subscribers, and is already activated for 30 days.

As for monthly renewal when your activated 10gb runs out, you don't need to activate any data from season pass if you don't need it. It is not compulsory and won't affect your season pass validity.

For e.g, ever since I got the free 20gb sim from Unifi mobile, I have been using that instead of oneXoX for data. I have not activated any XoX data for past few months, but it won't affect my season pass validity in any way.

I already got 5 sims from Unifi (5x20gb) , using slowly😁. Will take a long time before I use my XoX season pass.

You got dual SIM phone? Unifi require band 5 supported phone.

Back to XoX, I already mentioned, when you subscribe to SP FAT10, you get 10gb data in season pass(c/f 28 mths) + free (one time only) 10 gb active 30 days data. After finish the 30days 10 gb, you not required to activate any data from the season pass 10 gb balance until you need to.

Btw, you better subscribe to the SP FAT10 , because I am not sure if there is a time limit for the offer to new subscriber. You might not get the free extra 10gb after a certain time has lapsed.

We will have to wait and see. If you read Soyacincau website, their tm people keep insisting as long as there is usage, your line 90 days will reset from usage date. If I use internet today, or make a call or send sms, my validity will be 90 days from today, that's what they are saying. So it's supposed to be validity forever as long as you do some sort of usage.

If my sim has never been used since activated, as long as I make a call, send sms or surf the internet on the 89th day, my line will be active another 90 days and so on. That's what they are claiming.

Ok, better stop talking about Unifi, and back to XoX 🙂

My son and wife received the same sms, even though each of us activated on different days.  I activated, around 20 days later as my phone does not support Band 5 LTE.  However, I managed to find some location working.

Counting backwards, the expiry date counts back to the +- 1 day, I received the whole batch of sim cards. So if you have 5, they will all have the same activation date and hence expiry date.

So,  don't wait anymore, use it or give it to someone who need to use the data.

If you read the website you would have known that tm answered that the SMS was just an auto generated msg to encourage you to buy add-on and not meant to tell you your Sim is expiring for sure on that date.

Compared to Unifi Mobile 4G, LOL (2nd screenshot) same spot, same phone. Both full bars.

I thought the previous answers already quite clear.

If you do not buy any season pass for minutes, any calls you make will deduct directly from your balance in DA then only MA.

DA phone rates are cheaper than MA. The higher amount you pay to buy top up , the bigger portion goes into DA.

So naturally this is to encourage you to top up higher amount. Rm50 will credit the entire amt to DA.

They must have changed the procedures since I last applied. Last time they use their phone camera to take photo of IC on the Telco app installed on the phone. Whether XOX, Digi , they used to do that. Guess not anymore.

When I got my oneXOX at end of 2017, all the Telcos were happily taking photos of people's IC. I am glad this bad practice has been stopped.

Data season pass is just inactive storage which won't expire until you reach your validity period. Whenever you want to use the data you must activate a certain portion of it (e.g 500mb for 1 mth). Thereafter you must finish using the 500mb within 1 mth as the unused amount can't be c/f to next mth.

The remaining balance of inactive season pass (after deducting the 500mb) will be c/f until the validity period. You can activate another portion again anytime you need it.

Minutes season pass on the other hand is different from data season pass. It is active all the time, and whenever you make calls it will automatically deduct from season pass without the need to activate. Minutes season pass will also follow the validity period.

Onexox definitely have problem receiving verification code from shopee. I only received once , then after that can no longer receive any codes, even after 10 tries.

So changed my registered phone number in Shopee to Unifi phone no., now no more problem.
