When you first subscribed FAT10 , you got 10GB data in your Season Pass (unactivated) 28mths validity. You also got FREE 10GB Activated data (30 days) as a one time welcome gift.

It is the activated data that is finished.

If you want to use more data, then just activate part of the Season Pass 11264 mb (unactivated) Balance . You can activate bit by bit (min 500 mb) for 1 mth usage, so that you only use what you need for 1 mth, no waste. If finish before 1 mth, just activate another portion. The remaining balance in your season pass will still carry forward until the expiry date of your 28mth validity.

You can activate using diff method, one of them using the *150# from your dialer.

Since this is your own phone account, why not try it out now and find out. Activate the 500 mb now and use it, see if any problem. It is just a small amount.

Just curious, how did you end up with just 512mb data in your season pass if you have not activated any data in your season pass before? Is it some free data you received ? Are you sure you purchased the right season pass?

If strictly 500mb each month, then yes 6gb can last 12mths active.

But if you just interested for phone usage only (not whatsapp, Internet etc) , just purchase one of the season pass for minutes, it will last you until end of validity period at lower rates than normal , provided you don't exceed the bal. (but Special numbers not included in the SP rates)

If you think about it, if can carry forward, then we wouldn't even need to activate any data from the season pass, would we ? biggrin.gif Just use and deduct straight from season pass and bal c/f. But that's not the case.

So no, you can't c/f unused activated data. That's why you are advised to activate only what you think you need per mth.

500mb p.m, I think enough for normal whatsapp and other social apps, and some light surfing.

From your question I gather you are more interested in Whatsapp etc.

But for those who require heavier data usage and at the same time cheaper, I would use dual sim phone and get something like tunetalk 20gb @rm17/- p.m (need pay rm200 yearly for total 240gb data).

Win-Win, OneXoX for cheaper phone calls (Special Pass minutes-28 mths validity) and TT for internet usage/streaming.

I did try send sms one time from Maxis to XOX , can receive. Didn't try sending from XoX. But then I did it from same phone with dual SIM. Maybe just some internal messaging.

But Phone Call cannot call or receive.

DA/MA combined is just the amount of money you have in your account. It can be used to purchase anything, not just internet data. Separate DA and MA only matters when making phone calls when you don't have any SP /voice plan . If you make any calls , it will deduct from DA first (at cheaper rates) then only MA (more expensive rates).

So it's more advantage to have more balance in DA than MA.

If you buy any plans (voice/Data) or SP, it will deduct from MA first then from DA.

The amount you top up will determine how much go into DA or MA. It is fixed by OneXOX. The last time I checked if top up RM50, the whole amt goes into DA. Less than that , you have to find their chart at their website to see the ratio.

There is an official XOX android app you can use to check the bal. There is also a third party app which is easier to use and understand.

I already said third party App is for Android. Those using Android can search for Onexox Season Pass in Playstore , but it's in Malay language but very easy to use and understand if you just want the commonly used features at your disposal.

I use it most of the time, in conjunction with the official app only when necessary.

Season pass balance you mean - it's under 'My Account' then the very first option- 'Account '. Scroll to the bottom.

If you mean Active Data balance, it's under 'My Account' then 'Data Subscription'.

Is this what happened?

Your balance shows DA rm24.50 (30.00 less some phone call you made).

Your SPfat10 balance shows 10gb (unutilized data-expire 2020) purchased from the rm50/- deducted from your DA.

So total is 30+50 = 80/-

The extra active data 10gb for 1 mth (exp 8 feb 2018)is given to you free (one time only).
