If want to Port previous number from another Telco, have to start new account. You can transfer/ share your balance from your current xox prepaid later.

Strange, should be able to.

Season passes are just buying talk time and/or data at special prices in advance for keeping and for future use. You can keep them as long as your validity period.

Talk time will deduct automatically from season pass whenever you use them. The unused time will be carried forward until the validity period.

Data from season pass on the other hand is not activated yet for immediate use.

If you already bought season pass Data, you just need to activate a portion of it that you need for immediate use (no need to pay anymore since you already paid for it in advance). That portion that you activate , you will need to finish within a certain period, depending on the plan you chose to activate. If you are unable to finish using that portion within the period, it will be forfeited..

The balance (unactivated portion) remaining in Season Pass will carry forward according to the validity period.

Season Pass is like your data wallet, whenever you want to use only take out little bit at a time. Min amt to activate is 500mb for 30 days usage.

So many posts before explaining over and over the same thing. Use the xox app to activate or dial *150#

Is there something wrong with the official MyXoX mobile app? I haven't used it for quite a while (been using third party App all this while).

It seems there is no longer option to activate data from season pass ( used to have this option before).

Those come with $$ stated. If just need to activate from season pass , there won't be $$ amount stated.

e.g Last time it's like this :- 500mb/30 days, now can't find that option anymore.

Only 3rd party App or *150# can find that option.

No basic. But if you buy season pass, can c/f for 28 mths ( follow validity period). Whenever you need data just activate from season pass the portion you want to use (min 500mb for one mth usage). If finish before 1 mth, just activate another portion.

Whatever balance remaining in season pass will c/f.

Depends on the reason why can't MNP. Is it some outstanding account not settled or something else.

If they have no reason against you, then they have to allow you to mnp, it's just a matter of time.

Sometimes these Telcos like play cat and mouse.
