I don't understand , I was sure I had 30+ mins left before I purchased the 13gb+50min+50sms.

After purchase, the balance shows only 58mins left. What kind of trick is this ?

I don't have good memory, but from what I remember, If you have no season.pass for minutes , then DA and MA will matter. Because whatever calls you make will directly deduct from DA balance first (lower call rates) then only MA. So it's better to have your balance in DA rather than MA.

Your 10gb season pass will c/f for 28 months, until you activate part of it for your monthly use.

E.g You activate 1 gb today then balance in season pass is 9 gb will c/f until 28 mths.

The 1 gb you activate will expire in 1 month.

E.g If you finish the 1 gb on the 30th, then you can activate another 1 gb which will again expire in 1 mth (on the 30th next month)

Accordingly your balance in season pass will now be 8 gb which will c/f until 28 mths.as usual.

Normally 10 gb = 50/- , so when show +2 means they are giving extra 2gb. So that people know they are getting extras.

Happy hour season pass means special extra bonus (for a limited time) compared to normal season pass.

You are confused here. DA and MA is only applicable for PAYU Tel calls and sms when you don't have any season pass MINUTES available (If you don't purchase any season pass call MINUTES, any calls you make will first deduct from DA first and then from MA).

As far as season pass DATA is concerned, it has no bearing on DA or MA.

The happy hour promotion "got time limit" means "The promotion" itself is time limited, not the 10+2gb data. The 12 gb total is entered directly into your season pass, which doesn't expire until your validity expires. Only when you need to use it then you activate bit by bit for monthly use.

Stupid Official XoX app always screw up my phone. Have to restart always.

That's why I rather use agent XoX app to topup and buy season pass.

I never buy addons. The data plan you see in the pic in my previous post is just the data I activated from my season pass.

I prefer to use the third party agent app below. All the options for season pass data activation are available and shown so clearly. The Black app no season pass activation options are available until your data goes to zero, according to your explanation.

If you are referring to Prepaid :-

For minutes, it will deduct automatically when you make the calls.

For data, just activate a portion from 10 gb season pass. Activate only the amount you think you will use for the month, because that active portion only last 30 days, can't c/f. If finish before one month is over, just activate another portion for another 30 days usage.

Refer how to use the Black App posted a few posts up (post 5419) by Xinaixin.

The third party app is not actually a full app. It is like a Gui for USSD and sms automation.

When you select the various graphical options, it automatically sends you to the USSD/sms code related to the transaction you wish to perform. You then have to click send to confirm the transaction.

It is the equivalent of *150# or sms without the hassle of wading through all the different options. It takes you directly to the transaction you wish to perform.

DA is the cheaper option for PPU phone calls (cheaper rates) i.e if you currently do not have any call plans, it will deduct from DA first, which is deducted based on a cheaper call rate.

The bigger amt. you top up, the larger portion goes to DA.

Want to use up MA first, just purchase some plans/Season Pass, it will deduct from MA first, then from DA.

It was there at the very beginning. Refer to the chart above posted by Xinaixin.

Why not just buy a Season Pass with mixed Data + minutes. The price is always the cheapest call rate.. As far as season pass minutes are concerned, it will deduct directly from your season pass minutes, no need to worry about DA or MA anymore.

Anyone knows how to check Onexox prepaid topup history ? Someone topup my number, but I didn't get the usual sms from Onexox informing me. At the same time I can't recall how much balance I had before topup.
