I'm on the regular black. I only draw data from my season pass when necessary. Tbh, XOX is one of the most flexible prepaid plan in the market compared to the traditional prepaid by the other telcos.

Ya.. I prefer their special deal season pass. Very worth it. Rm50 for 333 Mins + 10+2gb data.

I believe what XOX prepaid is offering is considered one of the best in terms of value amongst all the various telco's, those premium one's included.

As for whether they aspire to be in the same league as the big players is yet to be seen in the future. They might expand and offer competitive post paid packages.

Compared to XOX, the others competitors are definitely pricier. Hence, why we all chose XOX 🤭

If I share my call minute, let say 10 minutes to Mr.X from my Season Pass, can Mr.X keep the 10 minutes as long as the line is active?

Yes, follow the account validity. If 28 months, the minutes will last for 28 months.

I'm having issue with OTP/TAC with multiple online services on my OneXOX and I'm fed up with dealing with this issue. Sure, the customer service of OneXOX is helpful but I simply do not have the effort to lodge a complaint here and there to get a simple issue fixed. I'm well aware that this is not OneXOX issue but I simply can't continue using OneXOX service with the issue I'm facing. I'll port out once I finished off my season pass.

I am surprised that you have been a XOX user for a year and still having problems with the OTP/TAC. I read quite a few prepaid users having issues when it comes to receiving OPT/TAC sms, hence why I decided to use my postpaid line for that purpose. I'm sure there is a way or solution to circumvent this problem.

Hi,try sms "UPDATE" to 66300 for OTP/TAC problem.

This solved OTP/TAC problem for many Onexox users and hope this will solved yours too.
