Under the Friends & Family in XOX app, it states 'Add your 10 most important people ... enjoy a special call rate and SMS rate'. Since the calls are deducted from season pass in minutes, how is the 'special call rate' applied?

Hi,the Friends & Family rates applied by deducting your credits if either your minutes or sms in your Season Pass empty.

I am porting in my mum's number to XOX through their online portal.

My understanding of the MNP process is as below:
1) Get sim card from the delivery
2) Activate the sim card by a call
3) Register at XOX outlet

My question is:
1) When does the confirmation of MNP msg come in? after receiving the sim card?
2) Must I go to the outlet to register after activating the sim card? or I can activate through their online portal (Prepaid Sim Activation)
3) For the welcome deal (as attached), if I choose the 3rd bundle (333minutes), do I need to activate it before usage or it will be automatically activated throughout the 24 months period?

Hi,you can purchase validity in advanced to extend your prepaid validity,

RM25 per year by sending sms VALID 12 to 22111/23388 to purchase.

If you purchase 3 times,you get your validity extended 3 years.
