I use celcom 3G APN. However, I think certain areas might have problem with reception earlier this morning.

I was in Seremban this morning and no 3G / 4G. However, now in Klang Valley, it is OK. I think this might be celcom issue with their towers.

That's the default setting when I reset reset to default. But no connection.

Ya I  know, otherwise you can try this apn. This is from Google search. Or else it must be Celcom having problem in your area.

This morning I also got no connection in Seremban. You know right that XOX is riding on Celcom network?

In a way, I do feel to some extent that xox website is a bit lacking in exact/complete instructions on how to subscribe to some features/options. So new users must do some digging and ask lotsa questions. Otherwise, new users should heed the advice of seeing a onexox dealer to get all the info straighten out before subscribing anything.

RM30 : 333 voice minutes : SP FATVOICE to 22111
RM30 : 5GB season pass + 5GB monthly data : SP FAT5 to 22111

Is XOX call rate one of the cheapest one? Even for MA it's about 24cents/minute. I see the main CeMaDi rate is 30cents/minute

The xox MA rate is definitely not the cheapest (12sen/30secs = 24sen/min)  ... The DA rate is also not the cheapest ... (9sen/30secs = 18sen/min) .... but the 333 Voice minutes @ RM30 is very competitive (9sen/min) ...

I suggest that you 1st check your calling pattern ... make short under 10 secs calls more? or less 30 secs calls more? or make minutes calls more?

I  myself always fail to make under 10 sec calls nowadays ... so I buy voice minutes to call wife + gf + mistress ... hahaha

I went to the selfcare portal to add the friends and family numbers haha. Anyway this XOX is for my dad, and he seldom make that much calls so no issues.

I do not recommend to buy season pass at onlinestore bcoz there have extra 6% gst ... just do selfcare topup for required amount and buy season pass using *150# or sms to 22111 (using code at onlinestore)

FYI, you can only buy (any or all of) the special SP FAT10/FAT5/FATVOICE within 10 days of new registration ... sorry bro if you already lapsed the 10 days .... if still within the 10 days then can test sending sms SP FAT10 to 22111 ... if eligible but not enough credit then the reply sms will inform you ...

Errm, if exceed 10 days, can I still get RM50 : 10GB season pass + 10GB monthly data?
I don't really need that extra 10GB/monthly thing
