Hello there !

The whole eligible period is 60 months total. First year, topup rm30 every month to get 1GB per month. Next four years, topup rm30 every month to get 500MB per month. Total season pass data with rm30 topup per month for 60 months : (1GB x 12 months) + (500MB x 48 months) = 36GB.

Of course, it is not necessary for you to topup every month. Only topup when necessary.

Sounds like members HAVE to do the monthly top-up in order to get the free data monthly, so do you actually mean "otherwise" instead of "of course"?

That is, top up every month to get the free data monthly (1GB for first year, followed by 500MB the next four years). Otherwise, it is not necessary to top up every month? smile.gif

It's intermittent - emergency call only yet I see full bar on the phone.
Sometimes it says not registered to network.
Rebooting solves sometimes then back to square one
Going to Lien Hoe Bldg to change the sim and see if that helps

Understood, thanks for the explanation. So during this 5 years, anytime I top up RM30 in a month I get free data.

I don't think need to top up every month to enjoy the free data. Within 5 years after I subscribe to this 36GB free data, I can just top up RM30 on any month to get free data on that month.

Year 1: Top up min RM30 any month to get free 1GB
Year 2-5: Top up min RM30 any month to get free 500MB

Need to fire the person who write the terms and conditions ranting.gif

Managed to port over to XOX successfully this morning. I tried to check balance at *132#, but it was unstable. Means sometimes can check balance, sometimes cannot. Need to explore.

What are those highlighted in RED?

I think since XOX is riding on Celcom, the 4G connection is quite lousy. When I'm in the train, the video on Facebook (not even HD) load halfway with no problem, then it keeps loading from middle if video and it didn't manage to load till the end. In the end, I just replay the video all over again hoping for connection to be better. 😂😂


I have used DIGI, YES, Umobile and have not experienced this so far. I guess the strong selling points of XOX is just cheap long validity.

EW = eWallet : a feature that is currently unused. Was told it is a work-in-progress for a future project.
Lyt = loyalty points. RM1 topup gets 1 point. Can be used to redeem items offered at xox onlinestore.
