If your domestic flight is at gate L area then you can enter another PPL after the immigration counter.
Plaza Premium Lounge (International Departure, klia2)
Level 2, International Departure, klia2, Kuala Lumpur International Airport

(next to Gate L8)

I think L pier is now all for regional international flights, so it is not accessible if on domestic flights...which leaves only the gm and ppl gateway at landside...

Maybe there are abuse by using unlimited entry cards, so now we can get in only when we fly.

Is this the one before immigration? Anyway, I used to go to Wellness Spa which is after immigration, so technically you will need a boarding pass to reach there.

I presume you are referring to the groundside gateway ppl...there is no issue on the airside, as you cannot get into the transit area without a boarding pass...

That is why I asked before, how they control the entry if they site the lounge in public areas....those I went to elsewhere will ask for boarding passes....

Right..
They shud hv a proper control on admission to prevent unnecessary entry to PPL by the public...
instead of controlling the entry..bank went and reduce or limit the number of entry for their card
tis way making those that really flying hv to seek other alternative to enter PPL if their quota used up..

What constitute as unnecessary entry? From business point of view if client able to pay why should I reject?

Those that enter PPL on the land side using CC are paid by the bank..If boarding pass is needed or need to pay with own pocket money then most likely they wont enter. That would save up some bucks for the bank..

The problem is, the lounge, and the bank are separate entities...the bank wants to give its customers benefits when they travel....but of course will not agree to misuse, ie using lounge access when not travelling...

On the other hand, every customer the lounge admit, it's income....either from direct payment, or through affinity partners, eg airlines, pp, cc etc...so lounges don't really care how many times people use their facilities, the more the better....

Lounges within airside locations have no problem with abuse....only bone fide passengers will have access....but those landside will potentially be subject to abuse...and if the lounges don't control entry, the bank will find some people with 20, 50 entries...it cost the bank money, so they will clamp down and impose restrictions...

Same principle as when people abuse motor insurance claims, insurance companies increase premium, and everybody surfers....
