I haven't tried it out myself.  Anyway, if one wants to be even more hardcore, there are free shuttle buses to travel between these two airports to ferry people to Mitsui Outlet Park. I will rather pay RM 2 per way for convenience and it's fast. |

Back then when MBB VI has unlimited access, i do have my quick meal at PPL but that is landing at KLIA2. everytime i landed, all i can think of is to go home Maybe one of this time i will try going in to FC as arrival passenger and see if they allow, as i do not usually check in my luggage. |

AFAIK, there's limitation that lounge access is for departing passengers only.
