no offence to particular race. but really my luck i think...because many ppl just deal with maxus within 1 week or lesser for line installation.

Maxis coverage area only for places that Maxis bid to lay their own infrastructure during the housing construction.
People who pay their fixed line rental to Tmnet most probably cant get Maxis fixed line. |

I have a question.
If the modem DSL is blinking, then what is the reason? Sometimes, i reset it, it will be fine again. Is it something to do with the modem rather than the line? This post has been edited by Kampung2005: May 10 2010, 03:15 PM |

Hi, I'm living in Bandar Sunway and thinking to sign up for the Maxis Wired Broadband service.
I tried Streamyx first but apparently they had problems entering my address into their system and in addition to that there are no available ports in my area. It's been more than a month and my issue has yet to be resolved. So I would like to ask here would be advisable for me to take up the Maxis wired broadband? Any major issues so far that would deter me from applying? |

So far no any issue & quite happy with the speed. Average getting 1.8- 2.0Mbps. Sigh, just called Maxis to check for my area coverage. Apparently even though I'm living in Bandar Sunway, my street is not covered =/.
