You can check here for available packages. Though I don't know how uptodate this information is.

Added on January 13, 2010, 12:23 pmpersonally, i think the Zyxel modem they provided was abit more stable than the Aztech one. Too bad it got zapped.

The problem with my Aztech (replaced twice) is the U/L speed is usually lower than what it's s'posed to be. D/L speed is fine though. This usually happens after I switch it off for awhile. Funny thing is; U/L speed does go back to normal after leaving it on for a long time. It's really hurting my ratios. sweat.gif

Maxis Sdn. Bhd. real suck or I am run out of luck. maxis modem run out of stock...hahahaha... such a big ISP company even run out of stock also didn't notice and only inform their customer in the last minute. Their inventory manager had gone to kopitiam too many times till no more stock control. Had been postponed for twice since my maxis wired application last week with the same excuse.

i also say so to their technician...then he say 'I need to personally go to your house to do the setup of the broadband and the home line installation, so in the end you need to wait for our store to refill back our modem stock'....talking to them real jialat..sound liked whole selangor maxis no modem stock until they need to cancel 2 times appointment from me even after promise to setup the installation. i think their modem have a lot of stock in lowyat plaza if they need one... hahahaha

I applied it in MidValley last 13 days ago...and now still empty handed waiting for my modem imported from nowhere. I just hope the maxis won't send me any bill in this time for using their service without installing it for me...

anyway anybody using maxis wired to host remote surveillance cctv? or hosting a webserver using maxis wired...because planning to install a cctv system at home which i can monitor it from my anywhwere with internet.

Added on January 27, 2010, 11:33 amto be the truth my line still not yet install...those idiot 'fly aeroplane' on me and never show up on the promised installation day without any cancellation call. Then, i call their customer service ask them to follow up and say the technician will call me up later but i wait till 6pm still no call and waste my leave sitting there doing nothing. the next day at last that idiot call me up just liked nothing happen not even an apology from him for treating their customer such way. really 'malaysia Boleh' this kind of service basically most of the time can found in Malaysia only. mad.gif bruce.gif if i can kill somebody without going to jail he will be my first one vmad.gif
