maybe u are just plain unlucky to get a trainee helpdesk operator

complains usually take at most 1 day for them.usually after a couple hours, they'll come to your house inspecting what kind of problems you had.

they even gave tips for my mom too for not putting the speakers too near the monitor, otherwise inteference will occur.

its a chapalang-i-forget-what-brand-it-is.

got 1 port for the connection only.so i have to buy a switch for me to connect to other Pcs at home.

lolz, the speed at my home @ rawang is the same, 100kBps download and about 30kBps upload all day long

maybe.well, LYN is a well-known internet community throughout the whole Malaysia

but somewhat theres some prob with China's server.see my upload speed.

sometimes its just depends on the luck.cos i've been experiencing these kinda things many times already.heh.

iianm is through the port forwarding of the modem.

i dont configure anything at all.just plain ol' sweet 100kBps of speed downloading using torrent.

while maxis wbb users are experiencing QoS and slow connection, my mom has been in great mood for this past few weeks thanks to maxis wired broadband

now i got to buy a new harddisk for her again, to feed her torrent desires

im using it for free

wireless im paying RM78 for package 640kbps.wired i used it for free, cos maxis key-in my mom's IC wrongly, so my house name is not in their database although the broadband already there.

anyway, here's some torrent download thingy: 102kBps constant for 1mbps package.

sure can.but i've not tested any latency-influenced games like WOW or Counterstrike.

although i played some online games before like Granado Espada, Ragnarok, Tales of Pirates, Rakion..i heard that these Korean games are not that heavily influenced by latency.

i can get around 20~30kBps for upload speed

my maxis broadband now suddenly disconnects after 30mins or so...and i cant access some international websites..

issit due to my router or what?
