Frankly speaking, Ubiquiti AIO routers isn't really that good. Even then, for routing, the Dream Machine is better than the Alien. AFAIK, you are better off using an Ubiquiti EdgeOS router combined with some cheap AX3000-class or above wireless routers set up as an access point.
if like this i have no choice but to order the unifi ap lite ac which is available now
but for roughly the same price.... i would have been able to get the newer unifi 6 ap lite.
it's a shame so what are the options for those of us looking to purchase a wireless ap (not router) ? seems like it's hard to find any wifi 6 ap available in the local market
thats ubiquiti for you... seeeellloooww when there are high demand, they went retards only 2 AP is wifi 6, while other brand... like 4-5 models... according to some local supplier, even until today they did not receive any pricing for MY / Singapore region.

idk what they think, recently they make community rage. because of stupid decision and slow progress of expansion. like wifi 6... we know its a next thing to have but then, they introduce something which is not necessary to have. treating user like test market too.. but anyway.. the product itself is fine.. just some of the design and decision make u kinda frustrated.. like this wifi 6.. only for US market.. thailand is good example of ubiquiti user too.. esp on their telco side equipment. did you check with local supplier?

How can they're not interested? It's not like you only have Unifi ecosystem, you have TP-Link Omada, Ruckus, even Engenius, also throw in Cisco Meraki, to name a few.

Hi, am new to networking, but somehow come across ubiquiti network device, wanted to ask if any user of dream machine pro here?
Also, am planning my house network, can I juz ask here or outside (main network forum)??? choice of devices includes ubiquiti product la.... on putting AP or router....
