Correct...I won't batal even if don't get. We dunno how it works but if reopen then only reapply. If no need reapply then the system will let you know you already applied.

Based on the process in ppa1m page, looks like need to accept the offer first,

Then proceed to chose unit at developer office

Then developer will give sales form

Then developer will prepare snp to be sign within 2 weeks

Is the above understanding correct?

Correct except choose unit at sales office. Called. They said still waiting for discussion with PPA1M, most probably will set a date 1@2days event, they will inform us via sms or email...If we accepted the offer via PPA1M official website. I was informed pegawai LPPSA will be there for those who wanted to take government loan.

RM800 per month for rental in Desa Park City is ridiculous. I think you can rent it for RM1,500 per month at least.
