If you have 2 properties still under loan, you can only get a 70% loan margin for the third and subsequent properties you buy in the future.

If we apply loan from LPPSA, they will pay 8% deposit and the other 2% we will have to fork out from our own money right?

I can't fill up LPSSA online application because they need some information on the property. Need to select unit first then I can apply.

RM800 per month for rental in Desa Park City is ridiculous. I think you can rent it for RM1,500 per month at least.

Who are you tell everyone else not to buy it for investment/rental? PPA1M is open to civil servants regardless of first house buyer or not. If it's only for first home buyer, they should mention it to applicants. But of course they will prioritize first home buyers. Even KSN allows civil servants who own PPA1M houses for rental.

Moreover there are other schemes such as RUMAWIP for first home owners in the market.

I only have one house currently. I'm not super rich and do not own multiple houses in Malaysia. What I'm trying to say is it's not fair for you to say that none first home buyer like me cannot buy the property.

KSN already allow civil servants to rent out the units except PPA1M in Putrajaya.

You can try to make your unit better than your competitors for e.g offer fully furnished, nice decoration etc. Like I said before this, I don't think the rental will be that low. Try comparing rental rates in the area. I still think people are willing to pay rental for RM1,500 in DPC. Most important rule is your rental must be at least break even.
