10% only for 1st payment to development which is rm 30k
90% after ccc which is Jan 2021 correct

meaning if we get to pay 10% for downpayment
meaning we can have 4 years period of trial to borrow loan from gov or bank

correct kah?

since 90% is after ccc ... duuno la.. If this apply to such dpc unit.

who to ask to confirm this ya ? SA dpc?

else in two month time need pay another 8%.

Their speed of processing & appointed legal dunno reliable or not.
