dont think there is a known ceiling for limit (credit). each individual is different and bank has its discretion to assign CL to you.

For certain overseas ATMs, websites or merchants, Cardholders may be given the option of using the Dynamic Currency Conversion (“DCC”) service to convert their foreign currency transactions into Ringgit Malaysia.

Effective 6 April 2020, the following charges will be applicable for overseas transactions made in Ringgit Malaysia via DCC for Credit and Debit Card/-i:

i. a 1% transaction fee on converted Ringgit Malaysia amount, representing fees imposed by VISA and/or MasterCard International and;

ii. the foreign exchange rate used by the merchant for the DCC transaction may be higher than the exchange rate determined by VISA and/or MasterCard International.

Discontinuation of GSC Mastercard Gold and GSC Mastercard Platinum Credit Card [ HLB ]

Kindly be informed that the GSC Mastercard Credit Cards will be discontinued with effect from 22 April 2020.

For any GSC Mastercard Credit Card application received and/or for approval after 22 April 2020 including replacement card request will automatically be converted to GSC Visa Credit Card.

For existing GSC Mastercard credit cardholders, the Card Conversion Program will be introduced to replace your credit card with GSC Visa Credit Card in batches.
You may continue to use the existing GSC Mastercard Credit Card until further notice.
We will notify you on the Card Conversion Program via HLB’s website and/or electronic direct mailer (edm).

A All the existing DD and/or AB will be terminated. Please re-enrol your DD and/or AB with merchants using your new GSC Visa Credit Card.

Q What will happen to the existing/active instalment plan(s) I am currently repaying?
A We will switch your instalment plan(s) to your new GSC Visa Credit Card.
