those who dont play, they get the reward (lucky) because hlb wants to reward "everyone" who uses their services.

monitor your laptop's time vs hlb's time. there will be difference.

e.g. my office laptop is 3:35mins EARLY than hlb's time (same as phone time). some how my office time sync is fast :lol
