err... CPL doesn't reduce flare. A decent multicoated filter will only reduce the chances of additional flare caused by the filter itself.

Go around KL to buy, there's plenty of places to get it. If you're up for it, just go to sg wang and lowyat plaza. Alot of shops have them in stock. careful though some will sell you at 1700+, just bargain with them.

Go bintang maju better, of course you should go straight to canon branch, its a bit more expensive. Which bintang maju u go? If u go the curve 1 then it shud be cheaper, but better scope for your price 1st before you get. Ask around in the forums for the cheaper price 1st.
