Hehe, dude, you cant compare those two camera together, its totally different league. And there's no doubt that in terms of speed, durability, picture quality, the d300 will beat the 40D hands down.

And the D300 body only will cost ya 6k

its expensive =/ tarita love to slash prices if the know the buyers dont know the actual price for the whole thing.

my experience was i went there to look for the 580EX II. They slashed the price to 1699 when i said i dont want, then they keep on giving me alot of shit about this is market price la, this la that la. Then i said im going to pay at that price only they give 1600.

I bought my EF 50mm f/1.8 II AF and 52mm UV Filter at RM300 only at Photo Selangor Pertama.

The price of the 50mm f/1.8 fluctuates btw RM270- Rm300 depending on how good your bargaining skills are. I managed to get mind for Rm290 inclusive of a hoya filter last time.

my ixus 75, suddenly become black..

the screen is BLACK, when take pictures also the outcome is black.

the camera still working when switch on and off, i still can see the mode, numbers of pictures, setting, on the LCD... but not the view of scene and the pictures.

why? is this include in warranty?

send it to service via the canon service center mostly this will do the job for you. not sure whether its in the warranty or not. but all you have to do is ask them

Anybody here who is a SX100is user?

hallooo, i went over to putrajaya for night shots yesterday but as you can see, on the picture to the right theres a "rainbow" effect which i think its called lens flare or something(please correct me if im wrong). will a lens hood prevent "flare" from happening or should i start looking into getting a ND filter for night time photography?. any comments or tips are welcome and thank you in advance.
