Different outlets have different price? Cos the Curve is too far away...was going to go to the one in lowyat. I saw around the forums that the price is usually RM1800 to RM2000, but i dont want it to buy it cheap from an unreliable place y'know?

go ask around better, since you window shopping then its worth a try that you go around in sg wang or lowyat and ask for the prices, the lowest 1 usually can give u around 1.8k(since its still new). Why not go for the G7? to me the g7 and the G9 difference is only the RAW mode(which the G7 don have). Im assuming that you don shoot in raw. If you do shoot in raw, then just go for the G9 smile.gif

Bintang Maju @ LowYatt is currently my regular dealer for Canon stuff. But I KNOW For a fact that when you are a new buyer, the prices they quote are a bit higher. But since I know them, I can get at pretty good prices.

As for KLCC. Though their prices may seem higher, I have manged to bargain with them to the prices offered by shops like Bintang Maju or outside shops. But they INSIST you pay them cash...... For the added security of getting a good unit and an original one, not to mention testing the item out to the max, I got my Canon stuff there as well. But cash fly away cry.gif

Finally u decided to take the plunge? Guess the current market price out there is around 1.58-1.6k if im not mistaken. There are few popular shops around photographers, try YL, J one. Their price are hard to beat sometimes.

what the range price of EOS 350D rite now? .becoz i've ask at one shop..he said around RM1850 with standard lens n 1GB card. may i know oso..where there shop in KL that i can have the lowest price for 350D?

hi, since i oledi hv EF-S 17-85mm f/4.0-5.6 IS USM , so should i add EF 50mm f/1.8 II? or better buy other lense?

or the 24-105L will help you alot, quality wise its certainly better. biggrin.gif

actually you can go for a good tele lens too, like the 70-300 IS USM.

For me ill get the 17-40L. Good wide angle lens biggrin.gif
