CPL will decrease the light hitting the sensor if I not mistaken ,so its not a good idea if u mount in on at low light condition ,if u unmount it during low light condition meants when in low light ur lens is not protected.
I believe UV filter still a all rounded protection for lens ,CPL is good if I wanna shoot scenary . But off coz bc I am rough type of ppl , to avoid unhappyness I buy UV filter to protect ,if ur r very careful type ppl then filter is not needed lek_e30 Filter price is depend on ur lens filter size as well , Hoya UV Filter 67mm is around RM45 . UV filter is definitely the cheapest alternative compared to the other filters for protection. CPL or NDs can be used to produce different effects but the price of those filters aren't that cheap.. Gonna try them some time soon .. |
