Good meh?  drive slower, less idiots on the road...FC will get better.

it is all depends... if you come to a place where lots of traffic lites, bumps/humps every 100meters... all this are slow down and start speed up situation.

at first, 'someone' said that my FC is bad, his alza very good like over 700km range and asking me to change to expensive EO (i did not change to his brand).  After a while, got to know that this 'someone' driving very slow even on hiways (70kph).... of course la hahaha.

Then, my brother drove my alza to north and balik with over 700kms, then i asked him how he drove, he said drive slow pace, 90kph mostly.  Tada !

So nothing wrong with the car, just the driving style / condition.  Also one point is that driving below 90kph on hiways is very dangerous, best to keep pace with the speed, else the buses and lorries will be behind or stuck in between them.

consider very good bro. remember it's 1160kg of metal on a 1500cc 4 speeder, i tried my alza, going up genting and came down, distance between the fill up are like 210km, and the fill up volume is 16liter, which translate into 13.1km per liter. I kinda like the FC. and of course, i drive leisurely. biggrin.gif

Ya..agreed.. 4 speeder. Going up genting is tough at some point, but if drive hard, potong many cars too. The only thing that tak syiok for the BM or Merc driver where every corner is like turtle, so can potong them during corner, but since they have bigger cc, sure kena tapau.
This one, sure the passenger said, apa la lu p2 also potong you. hehehehe

one more thing is that when in IKEA, many more expensive cars has trouble loading the stuffs.. my wife said one.. aduh, alza better and can load big luggage to KLIA.

Anyway... time to do alignment liao and foresee absorbers are almost done.

i normally did 10km service(using motul fully synthetic), just change engine oil filter only. Air filter just clean-up by blowing. My car is already 100,000km now.
Recently, i bought an engine oil service package from Shell which includes replacing engine oil(semi sync) & engine oil filter. Plan to go there next few days.
So i guess its a good time to do a full service when i send over to shell svc centre, including gearbox oil change & misc. I plan to purchase all parts on my own. Can i ask opinion on sifus here :

1. For the brake oil bleeding process, do they use brake oil from the centre's machine? Or i could provide own brake oil?

2. Gear oil(red cap) need how many litre for the replacement?

1. can.. just bring the right oil. DOT3 is older version of Alza (try check the cap first).

2. older version using 2.83litre while new is 2.2ltr. so 3 bottles good enough.

Heard a lot on cracked side walls for Silverstone. It is either low quality or tyres not inflated mostly.

Seems the side wall not strong. I agreed with you, any tyres regardless of brand, should be check thoroughly everytime when doing alignment/balancing. Even low mileage, self eye-checking would be good.

Hi all sifu.

Any nice budget shock absorber to maintain Alza comfort? To reduce shock?

And also the brake system seem not promising. Any ways to reduce the brake distance?

Sorry for newbie question.

Thanks all.

Just upgraded my Alza headlight bulb from ori philip H7 to Philips X-TremeVision +130% more brightness

however to my disappointment, the light perform worse than ori bulb.

and search around, do notice some other member facing the same problems too.

any sifu input for this or need to do modification to our projector headlamp ???

Alza minor defect, you put bulb upside down also can lock into position

please make sure you put bulb in the correct position. Take pic bulb holder position and put bulb accordingly.

USing good brand normal bulb with good headlamp adjustment more value for money
