I think the LED circuit board is malfunction  as i go accessories shop replace and plug blow again
*
Should short circuit on the led. I normally has spare fuse for just in case as my alza and bike use same fuse size.

Sometime the led may have some wire sticking out from the connector...it may have touched the body parts.

yep, and the bubble was like the "buih air liur". i not sure what the bubble related to but it indicate something presence in the system.

It represent air o moisture inside. It'll have when refrigeration system is leaking or the system is not properly vacumn. New car refrigeration system should not have bubble supposedly.
If your ac been service before by refrigeration guy, it'll likely have bubble after that as most of them never vacumn o evacuate the refrigeration system properly.
They would just vacumn it for less than half hour without using any gauge to gauge the system vacumn level.
Most of them just agak agak by referring to manifold gauge.
It may still cold but moisture inside refrigeration system tend to reduce your compressor life span.
My advice is don't service your aircond system like top up gas o open up for servicing if no problem.
Modern car now come with cabin filter to prevent cooling coil into dirty.

thanks for the explanation bro.... yea, usually typical malaysia mentality will get the job done probably 70-80%. but you gotta change the receiver/drier periodically also. coz if it got stuck (or to say the desiccant are filled up with moisture").

Trust me, no need to replace the filter/drier oso if no problem. It will more problem only.
You will know why if you are from refrigeration system field.

Two different school of thought

1. Service periodically to extend service life

2. Wait until k.o and change all necessary part

Me on no 2, thats why have to fork out rm2.3k for my other car aircon system ha ha

Life span of compressor for 10 yrs is consider very good.
I've never seen any condenser block cases so far.
It could be probably your compressor fail and I believe you continue run even with kock kock kock sound.
Remember, when there's any leaking or short of refrigerant or not cool, don't turn ON the A/C. It'll harm the compressor in continuous run.

BTW, why they never perform flushing with solvent or expensively using R11/R12 to remove the clog.?
If anyone replace compressor, do ensure the foreman perform flushing on the system line to remove any contamination. At the same time, drier is replace.
As well, request for longer vacumn before they fill up refrigerant. Maybe set it as at least 0.5 hrs.
If you know them very well, request for 2 hrs vacumn shd good enough.
Else, you may likely to visit them again in 2 yrs time frame.

Yup, like that becoz before that intermittent aircon cold and hot. Me gamble try drive from nilai to putrajaya. At putrajaya hot all the way, make visit to aircon shop at sunway. They said didnt confident to flush condenser since it full of oil/sludge, have to change new one.

i see, didnt know that have to vacuum for 2 hours. For me as long they using machine to vacuum/flushing/fill refrigerant good enough ha ha.

Hopefully they know whay they're doing since they air con specialist for my car model
