Just koutim assemble the dean connector The dean conn is very tight. So when unplug need to be extra careful else it may damaged the wire and other parts of heli....

I just added a heatsink to my motor, and some weight to the tail blade holder...

repair costs estimated rm1.5k-2k ... panic or not ?? engine bengkok .. main frame hancur .. boom etc etc ... no need to say liau .. hehehe

apparently the MIX pot in the 4g3 4n1 abit cacat contact .. i turn turn the bugger then tail rotor comes back alive ... but still some vibration from the tail making the gyro abit gila .. have to spek the 4g3 have to spek the 4g3 ...
but based on earlier reports of ppl doing that with some particular ESC for the tail i have in mind ... the ESC not fast enuff to catch the tail .. i guess i will just have to try and see for myself lorrr

First thing first.... after installed the heatsink... motor not as hot... but i don't feel much different to the power, maybe i wasn't extreme flyer~~ yet... the motor will cool off faster for the next pack...

I was thinking of getting the tail holder from PRO/Sport... but have to wait till i've crashed mine... if not the current parts just laying around don't know what to do....haha

ya .. use your v2 parts until finish then see what u wanna do

Nowadays my area is quite windy... so not easy to learn orientation too... when wind comes... my trex will either fly high up or sudden drop depands on the angle of wind hitting the main blade...

play with throttle abit la when wind hits .. i am running 40-45-50-75-100 pitch on my curves .. throttle i think 0-40-70-90-100 ... this one in normal mode
450 more than enuff to handle most malaysian winds if just hovering or little FF ..

u got more 2200 packs than me .. can fly for at least 1 hour with small break in btwn .. soon will master your orientations liau
hows many mins u getting with your 2200 packs in normal mode ?? i cannot get more than 5.5-6mins of normal FF if i wanna maintain 3.7v after flying the packs ... putting back in about +-1600 into the pack .. if i on idle up then nothing more than 4.5mins .. hehehe

Did play with the throttle when winds come... but sometime the wind is faster than my respond... so still learning... but (finger crossed) somehow still manage to control.... i'm running as per Align Manual is talking... pitch 0-2.5-5-7.5-10 degree... throttle is 0-50-75-90-100... normal mode too.. my trex lift off at about 55% throttle level on radio...so is about 6 degree pitch curve + 80% initial throttle
If use GF blade... it will be hard to control... thinking of getting a longer tail boom to manage the CG of my trex... its a little bit nose heavy.... but some how... i can let go of my trex for about 5sec before it goes off control... I've limited myself to the 6ft by 6ft area if i hover... if i fly more than 6ft out.. that means crashing the trex against door grills/flowers/pillar....

I get about 5.5mins in the 2200 packs... i put back in +-1700 to the pack after each fly...

Wow... you are moving to hardware modification now ar.... good good... Just remember to post some pic after mod..

I'm still waiting for the T250 from megastation.... i think they are updating the website again... i can't go in to their website now...

u have no negative pitch below midstick ... some negative pitch below midstick should help u cope with winds better but i dont think the winds over there strong enuf to do that unless u go fly on stormy day or at beach with strong winds la .. hahahahaa
but u are already having positive pitch at midstick ... not so good for fighting with wind .. my midstick pitch is ZERO (50 on the tx) and anything below that is negative ... normal mode ... sudden gusts can be coped with easier

no hardware mod la ... just that for TT aligns they (kwai lohs mod) use screws to hold the boom better to prevent it from twisting and coming out ... i can feel some twist on my boom liau so get the tool to drill small little hold to put screw lorr .. the drill i have at home now as way too big .. hahahahaa
the dremel tool is oso good just in case for alot of other applications ... stripped screws etc etc

i just went into the megashop site .. they have removed their T250 & 450 sport .. maybe they had a look at rcsmart prices and then decide not to compete ?? hahaaha .. rcsmart selling the 450 sport for rm1260

Will look into the negative pitch when i got time to fly it... PS, my house not far away from seaside... so wind sometimes quide strong..
