Hey there sifus and dailous. Can you guys tell me what helicopter should I buy? Im quite keen on buying a proper one. The one im using is kinda like a toy helicopter..it has 2 pairs of main blades, one below which is bigger, one on top which looks like the tea stirrer in McDonalds.

So, may I get a recommendation of a type of good quality begginers helicopter? The specific name if possible.

Also, is there any shop in Selangor PJ area that sells proper heli's?

No, it is not coaxial ......coaxial got 4 blades top and bottom......like Lama V4 4#3B is a fixed pitch heli....with tail rotor....If u want 3D then u can go for Walkera 4G3. For beginner I recommend 4#3b lor.....when u expert flying this heli then u can consider 3D heli lor....

Walkera 4#3 is good for beginner since is FP (Fixed pitch) and is quite straight forward.
4G3 will be quite hard for beginner to learn since is CP (Collective Pitch), beginner will find it hard to setup after crash and harder to fly too.
Repairing 4#3 is like: 1+1=2
Repairing 4G3 is like: 1+1x2=3 (not 4)
Get what i meant?

If you harder the plastic then it will make the heli heavier then can't fly that good liao. Is best to leave is as ori.

You are lucky that it's a toy heli hitting you.
If it's a 450 heli... just as my last calculation, the speed of blade is at about 240km/hr.
That's enough to took some teeth out from your mouth and send you for plastic surgery. shakehead.gif sweat.gif

For such heli, normally don't have upgrades. Even if there's upgrades, it will cost more than the heli itself. So just stick to it, fly crash, fly again, till it can't move anymore. What you gain back is the experience of flying. Then move on in getting a better heli. icon_idea.gif
