Knowing Locktech business style, they will only produce for the specific model IF local sales demand is HIGH.

Proud owner of forester 2.0-i since 19 June 2016. From JB.

So far so good, driving experience and FC is good especially after the first 1000km service.

Hi Samuraiii, just got my Forester 2.0iP last week, experiencing very high FC at abt 16.8 L / 100km shocking.gif

Is that normal before the 1000km engine break-in period? hmm.gif

Nevertheless, can feel that the power is awesome, even better compare to my almost 2 hrs test drive 2 mths back bruce.gif

Bro, drive and refill the fuel tank a few times it will drop.

BTW, during refill please off the engine so the computer will recalculate it more accurate during next start. When i get the forester also the same case, after few time refuel become normal back.

Anyway for Subaru cars manage to up 81% for last month June 2016 sales compare to last year!

The Malaysian Automotive Association (MAA) has released new vehicle sales data for the month of June 2016, sorted by brand. While May only saw a marginal increase from the month prior, the more encouraging figures seen in June are likely a result of the numerous Hari Raya deals offered by manufacturers.

Other car companies that saw an increase in sales include Ford (+32%), Hyundai (+37%), Subaru (+81%), Volvo (+126.7%) and Renault (+11.6%). Conversely, brands like Volkswagen (-54.8%), MINI (-1.28%), Audi (-40.2%) and Mitsubishi (-7.8%) experienced a dip in sales when compared to the previous month.

Beating KIA, VW, just behind of hyundai.. I think maybe of the 2014/15 XV clear stock and new Forester.. Congratz! More Subaru on the roads! rclxm9.gif

Yup. Definitely seeing a lot more XVs on the road. Lots of people snapped up the deals subaru were offering. Forester sightings also seem to be increasing.

Noted with thanks Bro. Appreciate for your sharing and advice.

By the way, what's the mileage you can get for 1 full tank normally?

Yes, and to make my life easier, i bought the stem valve extension and have it permanently attached to the spare wheel so i don't have to remove the wheel four routine pressure check.

Bro, average 9.0L/100km from on-board computer. brows.gif Got post my forester experience a few post back..

Full tank of RM90 / Ron95 can go around 500~600km (Depending on mood, if light foot can easily hit 600km) before the fuel light went up..

Tips: Try to drive below RPM 2000 and use the cruise control on highway (110km/h around 1800 RPM). Mix driving 30% city:70% Highway. thumbsup.gif
