QUOTE(IamAHuman @ Jul 22 2016, 05:29 PM) Any owners of the current forester here? Care to comment on your new ride? Am thinking of getting the 2.0 I-p Have not try the present Forester but have been driving the old model for few years. Yes it's tough , reliable , best road holding on and off road and your drives oozes with confidence in rain or shine !! As for comfy ask your wife to sit behind when driving up Genting highland or Fraser hill the you will get the answer. Test it with other makes then you'll know what I mean . Cheerio ! |

QUOTE(anzen600 @ Jul 23 2016, 12:16 PM) Its izit worth it to take the old stock @ Rm130 or get the 2016 p forester ka? The new stock alot of things x adr except for the touch screen unit and i-p more mahal. Dont feel like paying xtra 20k for the features on i-p. The old stock forester is in between p and i-p and made in japan also nia. Confuse Go for old stock since 20k cheaper and it's cbu .😊 |

QUOTE(BUMBLE@@B @ Jul 27 2016, 06:46 PM) Hi Samuraiii, just got my Forester 2.0iP last week, experiencing very high FC at abt 16.8 L / 100km Are you driving in manual shift ??Is that normal before the 1000km engine break-in period? Nevertheless, can feel that the power is awesome, even better compare to my almost 2 hrs test drive 2 mths back |

QUOTE(TitanRev @ Aug 22 2016, 07:10 PM) Thanks for sharing this....but it's a nice looking car. You should be laughing at them and thank yourself for making the right choice !! On a side note, I have some friends who own Mazda3 laughing at my car's interior for being so outdated and still having an ancient CD/FM/AUX HU and without touch screen infotainment. Exterior looks becomes archaic with every model changes. Be more concerned of the core proven engine technology of Subaru since production. Safety and road handling are the core value of Subaru ! Enjoy your cornering with confidence !! |

Seriously if one starts to worry about high maintenance cost in 10 years times then I would suggest go for a more affordable car . Like the saying goes ' If you can afford a Mercedes or a BMW you don't ask the cost to run per km.'
Pay for a little bit more to enjoy the luxury of driving a top notch road hugging and safer suv for which you won't regret !! |

Just come to know that all Subaru models uses the same oil filter. This is really surprising as compared to other cars !!

QUOTE(LongExp @ Oct 31 2016, 07:09 PM) did my alignment again that uses some old school mechanical alignment jig/tool. the results is fantastic. no more pulling to the lef. i feel the tire noise seems like reduced & FC also seems to improve. the FC ref is pump full tank & on to highway usually drop 2 bars b4 reaching my destination but today still at 1 bar less. my left shoulder also less tired. Hi..How much you paid for the alignment. Please pm me the location. Tq |
