there's a cover beside the driver seat.. open the cover and u can see the chassis number there..

Jerk happens during idle or during gear shifting from 0-40km/h ?

another issue i notice lately, the engine rams and kind of late to engage when i shift from R to D.

I'm sure it's relates to the petrol we use .....

I also facing the same issue, when shift from R to D kind of lag behind.. From R to D can't tekan minyak straight, have to wait 1 /2 second.. if tekan straight the engine will ram before engage to D.. it's like u accelerate on N before the rpm goes down completely to idle rpm and u shift to D.. My car just around 2 months, forgot to complaint when did my 1k service.. and I am using Petronas Ron 95..

My city air conditioning sometimes have a loud "tat"" sound when the electromagnetic clutch mechanism disengages. Engage sound is normal, where all car has it but when it disengages there is quite a loud sound. The service center claimed that the sound is normal. All city hv the sound. Can anyone confirmed this?

i don't straight away tekan, not yet release brake after shifting from R to D also it already rams

gotta visit SC for 10k service in another a week or two. will ask them that time.

yepp normal. but can't be too sure of the frequency. mine got every 5-10sesc when on idle. not sure if that's too frequent or considered normal too.

guys... my power window on driver's side motor is forcing the window up
despite window fully closed. anyone here having the same issue? see below link for the video i shared.

btw u need to turn on the sound a bit louder to hear
