guys,don't know whether u'all have faced this problem before or not.
when i playing a game,it suddenly hang(jam) wor,all buttons wouldn't works even the "home button",so i totally turn off the psp and start over again,and it's work fine already...so what the problem since the psp will hang during game play?

yes...2 games got this problem so far...Smack down 2006 and smack down 2007

my smack down 2006/07 working fine so far...
only that tomb raider legend will sometimes hang only.

yeah..same here when i played dj portable max 2 (rank 5 music)....btw. i'm using 3.03OE-C (TA-082 mobo)...probably have to upgrade to latest firmware 3.40OE

a few question from me,....
1) upgrading firmware for psp TA-082 mobo is slighly diff from others...is it true? (from 3.03OE to 3.40OE)
2) currently, i'm using 3.03OE-C, am i able to use the recovery mode function if i mistakenly brick my psp...should i download any new file to enable this features and if so, can i do that after the psp has become "brick".
3) i came to understand that, even brick psp can be un-brick using mod-chip and currently there are modchip available for TA-082 mobo..is it true? how much will it cost?

sorry there is too much question, but i wanted to take extra pre-caution since this will be my first time flashing the firmware and i want to do it myself...it will be quite a hassle to revisit the shop everytime in order to upgrade the firmware...

Hi, got a question to ask. I am currently running my psp on 3.02oe-b. I'can;t play centrain games. An error screen (80020321) will pop out. Can anyone help me with this problem thanks. Or should I upgrade to a higher firmware

there're 2 reason:
1)the game need to require a higher firmware such as 3.40oe
2)your "no UMD mode" is enabled,try to disabled it.

Ok thanks, I'll try to upgrade tonight at work. A couple more questions. If I want to upgrade to 3.40oe, should I go from 3.03 and slowly go up. Or I can skip all of the process and staright upgrade to 3.40oe?

u can upgrade through to 3.40oe from 3.03oe.
to check whether is your "no umd" is enabled,u have to go recovery menu,totally turn off your psp,and restart again,during boot up press and hold the "R1" trigger.then it will goes to recovery menu.
