Yup. I always thought that the recovery thingy was run from the RECOVERY folder inside GAME. Damn, I'm so ignorant.

-for 1.5 custom firmware, it will bypass the plugin setting if the memory does not exist while booting...

Hmmph.. I've gotta do more research on that.. Or anyone in here that has actually used the Recovery mode to un-brick their PSPs can share share their techniques?
