I don't know what their official policy is (since they seem to be quite random and disorganised), but as I mentioned, my supps both got PIN codes sent to them. Actually the whole situation about the Entertainer thing was quite ridiculous. This is what happened to me:
1. I (Principal only) received a mailer from AMBank saying something about Entertainer and a PIN, but no PIN was inside the letter. Several other forummers during the "first batch" of mailings reported the same thing - they received letters without any way of activating the app.
2. A few weeks later, I received 3 hardcopy booklets full of vouchers - 1 Principal + 2 Supps, all packed in separate envelopes.
3. A few weeks later, my 2 supps received the Entertainer letter (similar to the one I received as Principal during the first batch), but this time with PINs.
I'm pretty sure I would be able to request for another PIN for my principal card (since I never received the first one), but since I have so many, and now the Paid Entertainer app, I couldn't be bothered.
