Meaning if I dine with 8 persons at the same time, i will need to click 3 separate icons, then on the 4th b1f1, I click either one of the 3 icons again... any idea?

For those merchants that you have redeemed, is the app voucher re-activated again for next visit redemption? Or just applicable for 1 visit?
(I mean the Ambank apps, not the fully paid one)

For Ambank you only get 3 B1F1 vouchers per account (meaning, max number of diners for each account is 6 i.e. 3 vouchers x 2 diners). My husband and I each have an account, so we have 6 vouchers between us. However, the T&C says we can only use 4 vouchers per redemption. In practice, if we were to have 8 diners, we would have to do this:
- Redeem 3 vouchers using my app
- Redeem 1 voucher using my husband's app

Once a voucher has been redeemed, it is GONE FOREVER (i.e. you cannot use the whole year). So if you only have 1 account, and 8 diners, you would only get B1F1 for 6 diners. The other 2 diners will not enjoy B1F1.

For the Full App, you also get only 3 vouchers per merchant. However, you can earn "SMILES" (basically a form of loyalty points), which allows you to "buy" additional vouchers. There are also monthly offers which give additional vouchers.

I have just received the 9 digits code.

So I downloaded the apps and registered it, I have clicked for "try before buy", I can see some of vouchers there, are there can be redeem right ??

Checked with the FAQ regarding redeeming and payment, there is no mentioned on my 9 digits code, Di we need it ? Should we mention to them when we ordering ?

Make sure you downloaded the correct app - there's the Entertainer App (i.e. the paid version), and the Ambank Entertainer app. I have a feeling you may have downloaded the Entertainer App, which requires a paid subscription to unlock the vouchers. However, the Ambank app requires a PIN.

Yepp! That's the correct one. As long as it has the word "AmBank B1F1 Deals" and not just "Entertainer".

The Ambank one don't need to pay! It's free with the VIP key. I created an account, entered the VIP key and could use since 2016. My version had no option to buy anything also.

On my phone I have both the free Ambank one and the paid Full one (yes, I paid RM75 in 2016 and could use for both 2016 and 2017). I will use up my free Ambank vouchers before using the paid version.

They will send to you but if your permanent address is not in Klang Valley, you will not get it.
You can call CS to request for it and their standard answer is only for invited cardholders. I called and argued with them when they can see I'm working in KL and all, just because I use my hometown address, then I'm not eligible? I said this is a discrimination or they expect people not travelling to KL area. laugh.gif

I have mixed up with another apps which is i downloaded the wrong one that need to pay, but luckily I still can redeemed for meal yesterday night

Another apps has downloaded just now and can saw that there is Ambank B1F1 deal rclxms.gif

The paid version now need for RM145 instead of RM75... sad.gif

But my address is kl still not getting it..just call and try to ask for it..waste more than 10 mins the answer is need credit card dept to check..she spend me few minutes on call for her to check the promotion term and condition..then come back say it us for selected customer..and she is so rude when on the call..service level is criminal..

She say will get back to me on monday..will update on monday..if i m not selected customer..then i just cancel the card since recently not much promotion and last time spend a lot on promotion for "8" on approval code..cant get single cent of cashback..
