Just called CS. Friday evening (after working hours). Automated answer say cannot find application. Normal? or reckon got lost? |

Cardholders are entitled to access the lounge only once per day. Any subsequent access on the same day and any access exceeding the 3 hour limit will be subject to the applicable charges set by Plaza Premium Lounge.

i have the VI and World mastercard and tried to apply the VI-islamic for more lounge access but they send me 1 master platinum and 1 visa platinum instead.
