I just called CS and they offered me a VIP code for the B1F1 app. They didn't send the code to me via SMS but just told me the code over the phone.
I don't get the hard copy of the B1F1 booklet, perhaps I already got the B1F1 app so they don't wanna give a copy to me. Oh well. |

Nowadays Ambank customer service is efficient. Maybe it's an isolated case but I did enjoy good service from them.
I could just activate my new credit card via phone and the CS agent would apply for the 6-digit pin for me. I'll get the pin via SMS in 3 days for me to change it to my own pin via ATM. Hopefully they will keep offering good customer service to clients, constantly. |

If not, I could get my card earlier.So for me , it depends on the manager whether they doing their work fast or not . The word platinum in Visa card is more visible compare to Mastercard I wanted to get the visa card initially (just because of the big "platinum" word displayed at the top left corner of the card), but the visa logo looks ugly because the blue "visa" word is on top of white rectangular box. I understand the bank printed the visa logo this way due to the black colored background of the card but it just looks plain ugly. |
