Question is, where will this 'covered walkway' start and end?
Coz I know that there is already an existing covered walkway starting from the bus stop in front of the shophouses where 99 Speedmart is located all the way up to that exit ramp from the Jln Syed Putra/Fed. Highway (towards OKR, Salak highway and PJ direction). It's been there long before Setia Sky Seputeh and this project even started construction.
Still have space to build covered walkway to Mid Valley oh?
I recall parking my car around there at one time to walk to MidValley. That Jln Taman Seputeh 1 is still a relatively quiet road, but that direct ramp/access road going into MidValley isn't that safe. The cars entering and exiting via that latter road tend to drive pretty fast. Makes you wonder why this developer didn't try to build another entry/exit connecting to that road, but if one of the requirements is to get approval from those terrace houses and Sri Seputeh condo folks, then that's going to be a challenge. Judging by the way how the potted plants are placed on the side of that walkway, my bet is that they'll most likely throw a fit if this were to happen.

I did raise the same concern(dangerous crossing) of you and according to the SA, EUPE will be building overhead bridge connecting the new covered walkaway to the existing one.
However I think EUPE should have considered building the covered walkaway along jalan syed putra, shorter and more convenience.

You got the point! haha, I am suffering to choose between rent or own a property at the moment. I will purchase Est8 for the theme ( I quite like it) unlike those rectangular nothing-special condo looks squarish and no theme, its just location and nothing special.
If i were the tenant i will go for something special for the same price and I believe thats the selling point for Est8.
Most probably I will had changed job by the VP of Est8 and thats the main reason im seeking for a very strategic location for own stay and investment (selling in couples of years to move to landed when married).

Pertaining theme, try check out arte’s project . See you are okay with it or not. Pictures looks fancy but reality looks different.Theme might work for tourism spot, but not sure about home.
Personally I felt it’s abit uncomfortable to have a theme at home and the maintenance might be an issue.
If they didn’t maintain properly , imagine an outdated or old “theme park” .
