http://www.focusmalaysia.my/Assets/Eupe-ac...r-third-projectWith two condominium projects valued at a combined gross development value (GDV) of RM710 mil set to start this year in Bangsar South and Cheras, both in Kuala Lumpur, Kedah-based Eupe Corporation Bhd is looking to boost its presence in the Klang Valley by acquiring more land, in Seputeh, for its third project.
Plans for the high-rise project are yet to be finalised but the property developer, one of the biggest in the northern state, will unveil them later in the year.
“The acquisition cost was RM46 mil and [the land] is in Taman Seputeh, near Mid-Valley Megamall,” says group managing director and CEO Datuk Beh Huck Lee.
“It will be a high-rise development but we’re still looking at the potential of the project. We are going through the relevant processes and will be able to provide more information only later in the year,” he says.
The construction of Eupe Corp’s other two properties, the RM450 mil Resonance at Bangsar South and the RM260 mil Weave at Cheras, is to begin this quarter.
The Seputeh property will be developed at a later stage but, if it is anything like the first two projects, it will be Eupe’s trademark liveable community with modern amenities.
