Plans for the high-rise project are yet to be finalised but the property developer, one of the biggest in the northern state, will unveil them later in the year. “The acquisition cost was RM46 mil and [the land] is in Taman Seputeh, near Mid-Valley Megamall,” says group managing director and CEO Datuk Beh Huck Lee. “It will be a high-rise development but we’re still looking at the potential of the project. We are going through the relevant processes and will be able to provide more information only later in the year,” he says. The construction of Eupe Corp’s other two properties, the RM450 mil Resonance at Bangsar South and the RM260 mil Weave at Cheras, is to begin this quarter. The Seputeh property will be developed at a later stage but, if it is anything like the first two projects, it will be Eupe’s trademark liveable community with modern amenities. |

Placed booking fee for Eupe's another project The Weave 2 years ago. Developer keep delaying SPA signing with all kind of bullshit excuses and empty promises. Treat customers like beggars and never provide updates. When customers wish to know what happen they just play tai chi.
Recently was told to collect refund from the developer as the project will only launch next year. 2 years of waiting comes to nothing! But the bank loan approved for this project still appears in CCRIS! Very bad experience dealing with such irresponsible and dishonest developer! Buyers beware!    |

Well. They were too ambitious launching three projects in kl. At least novum looks ok.

They have a solid track record in the northern region. Have been around for almost 30 years. Definitely not a run in the mill developer.
