Even at my condo I see some people moving out and newcomers moving in and commence their renovation. And so far I have no issues staying in this condo aside from the part that it isn't close to any public transit stations whatsoever.

So you can say that they are telling the 'truth', but not in its entirety. And based on their previous projects in KV such as Novum and Parc3, I don't recall them ever doing covered walkways and such towards a popular amenity or a public transit station.

i actually prefer the conventional layout of type A instead of dual key but this unit only offer 1 cp whilst dk offer 2 cp.

Standard rebates ,
HOC not sure yet. if hoc extend then will have if really end then dont have...

Apparently the covered walkway will be built along Jalan Seputeh 1, connecting straight to the existing covered walkway near KTM station. That's about 500m. Maybe EUPE SA can clarify this.....

You are right. I didn't check the land contour hence got it wrongly.
If there's no cemetery view therefore there will be no city view as well I guess, except for those top floors of the building.
