Asked the agent/companyβs SA - looks like access is confirmed. Not ideal but i guess reflected in pricing.

Access is confirmed as it is inside their DO ya. So must make the covered walk way. SPA signing will start around 18Nov.

Parking first. I just booked a unit too..
I got a semi-furnished offer + 10% DP rebate. Waiting for bank loan approval now Phases Estimation info from SA: 1. Ground Breaking = 2022 Q3 (July) 2. Completion = 2025 Q2-Q3 (If not mistaken) Also, potential buyers can be neighbour with the TCM Chiro Sifu Chris Leong.
