QUOTE(e30ygc @ Jul 21 2020, 06:23 PM) I am curious to find out too, cuz it will mean them have to 'cross' the KTM track! Yeahh access road will be interesting. I wonder if residents going to protest if access via Taman Seputeh 2 road as density is high (1k units)...Anyway, let me know if you are keen to be updated with this project info, I am in discussion with developer, should be involved with the marketing of this project when its going to be pre launched. |

QUOTE(DesRed @ Jul 22 2020, 02:04 PM) Last I checked, it's supposed to be 873 units based on their latest news dated over a year ago (link). I heard SP Setia wanted much higher density but was not approved by DBKL. So they had to change strategy to more 'high end'But I wouldn't be surprised if they link up with both the Taman Seputeh 1 & 2 roads together. As for protests, don't really recall anyone kicking up a fuss when Setia Sky Seputeh started construction. Neither did anyone kick up a fuss when the older condos like Sri Tiara, Seputeh Permai and Sri Langit were constructed either. There was an older article in the Star where the residents there were interviewed many years back, but the most they did was to express their concern on the rapid development, but other than that, they didn't scream 'overdevelopment' like what the Tmn Desa and TTDI folks are previously (and now) doing. |

QUOTE(DesRed @ Jul 23 2020, 10:09 AM) It begs the question on how this project managed to be approved with a higher density while SP Setia's Setia Sky Seputeh can't. https://www.edgeprop.my/content/1331912/kep...-dbkl-land-saleI mean, the latter isn't located deep inside a cluster of landed houses or two but more to an intersection between a main road and a residential road. Besides, their land plot is much larger than this project. Number 17 The parcel is allegedly (from the news) part of controversial land deals done by dbkl last time without open tender. So who knows. There is no logic in malaysia This post has been edited by funfunfun: Jul 23 2020, 12:53 PM |

The Edge weekend article mentioned this will start from RM700k for 610 sqft
That seems on the high side. I wonder what is the rebate package. According to the edge, launch will be March or April next year.. |

Asked the agent/company’s SA - looks like access is confirmed. Not ideal but i guess reflected in pricing.
