myTNB apps can pay by credit card?

this is wat i read:
All payments will be done via Maybank2U. Even though you are not a Maybank account holder, you still can make your payments after registering with Maybank2u. Registration will take three days to be approved and you will informed via e-mail.

How do I make payments to TNB?
Payments can be made by:-
-Maybank current and savings account via Maybank2U. Click "Pay Now" and you will be connected to the maybank website.

Can I use Diners Club card, Visa Electron or American Express to make payments?
No debit/charged card payment allowed.

6. Upon satisfying the criteria, the Qualified Cardmember stand to get 10% Cash Back with

The MAXIMUM CB is per campaign or per principal per week ? I read through, can't find info. If per week really have to go at 10am, when pharmacy opens. Because meaning only entitled to 160 cardholders per day (rm8000 / RM50 ) . And that is also assuming all is VS holder. If, Infinite holders, lagi susah .

Ok, I just tried it. And it accepts credit card! I think that it is actually a webapp packaged into an app. You can see some message mentioning about browser version and the URL epayment.tnb.com.my.

Is it must login as owner only can pay?

no need.

create a login account for the mytnbapp. then add as many owner/non-owner tnb accounts as you like.

each account (owner/non-owner), you can pay bill.

*update1: the app is quite buggy. kept crashing on my android made 3 non-owner payments, only 1 successful. status received via email (registered from mytnbapp). called pbb, only 1 successful transaction. 2 failed transactions recorded but not posted.

i believe pbb vs identified mytnbapp as ecom/online based on the OTP SMS. pray the payment went thru and eligble for cashback

*update2: retried for the 2 remaining non-owner accounts. successful.

*update3: payments reflected in about 30mins.

*update4: called pbb cs. 3 succesful transactions. merchant name: MY TNB-EC BANGSAR, eligible for cashback under ONLINE category will reconfirm again on next statement.

*update5: transactions succesfully posted in pbb online.

Sorry for noob question.. As I scare after I register for my brother, my brother didn't receive the bill later.. Scare become ebill like how the bank did.. As I'm not staying with my bro n he is not tech savvy ppl..

tnb ppl will always need to verify your meter usage, key into their handheld, later upload to database, then mytnbapp will retrieve the new reading/bill +1 day later.

my case, i have 1 owner+3 non-owners accounts registered in mytnbapp. physical bill still received by the respective owners.

just register 1 account for testing first, but message prompted out stating my password will only receive within 1 hour... thought immediately...

errr no idea forgotten how long i waited for the mytnbapp password .

Got it... but, how can i make payment via credit card? when i login on my desktop, it only show me Pay with Maybank2u option...
which screen that show that i can pay with PBB VS?
or is it your mytnpapps is meant for mobile apps?

MyTNB app only. The online version only accepts Maybank direct debit from saving account.
