Could either of you check the MCC? As I have WISE card and this could be another convenient way to pay (especially if uob payonline down).

Does that mean we won't get 6% rebate ? since it's neither Dining / Grocery / Online.
But it does for OTP which is refer to Online transactions

yeah, most likely HQ location. the "bangsar" is shown in the transaction description. all cc have these location string in the description, right?

It's "online", per verification by PBB CS. the SMS OTP also tagged the transaction as "eComm txn"

refer Post #32 for my updates and screenshots.

OT on HLB Wise. Last time, I inquired on which type of transactions are eligible for CB under utility and here is the reply:
QUOTE
Cash rebates would be applicable for the transactions with the below description:
Tenaga Nasional Berhad
Payonline-TNB
payonline-syabas
Sabah Electricity
SESCO - AUTO
Jabatan Air
Lembaga Air
Jabatan Bekalan Air
Jab Bekalan Air
Pengurusan Air
Syarikat Air
Perbadanan Bekalan Air
Sykt Air
SAJ Holding
Jabatan Kerja Raya

The MCC 4900 is eligible but MY TNB-EC BANGSAR is not listed, so MCC should have the final say right?

problem with HLB Wise's category/merchant is that it hardcoded the detection based on certain string/description (as shared by you just now)

well, someone reported at HLB Wise topic that mytnbapp not eligible for cashback...

QUOTE(sysad @ May 25 2016, 12:42 PM)
I tried paying using myTNB sometime in February. No cashback. That's about RM80 of cashback sad.gif

At the apps, after you add the acc for non-owner and proceed to make payment, it will prompt for phone number. It refers to the owner phone no, the CC phone no or the device (with the apps) phone no?

It keeps crashing everytime I click pay bill

This "long maintenance" issue with TNB is because they changing to 12-digit account number (from 14-digit previously)

My annual income is less than 100k, but exceed 100k with my share dividend, I photocopy all my dividend slips and submit together with my application form. PBB approved my application (June 2014).
